@DDE2534 Yes, I have used them for this track season.
Our track is very old and made out of hard cement, which created shin splits in nearly all of our runners. Although most people developed shin splints, I never did. One reason was because of my form the other was from this shoe. This is an AMAZING shoe, and is defiantly a stupendous track shoe.
Ive had a pair of lunarglides for about a year and a half. Not sure what version I bought. I run 3-5 times a week, 3-4miles on residential roads, each run all in the lunarglides. They are still very comfortable and the traction on the bottom has not worn down any.
I need some recomendations on these .! i have a pair of brooks but im thinking about changing to these ones! can anyone tell me their opinion about them ? i would really apreciate it .
are these good for track?

I've got some lunarglide 2,s and I love them but they are so worn should I get these or another pair of 2,s how different are they are they lighter?
MrLaser2 1 month ago
@MrLaser2 lunarglide 3 is much more of a stability shoe than lunarglide 2. buy lunarglide 2 again (can get cheap now) or lunarfly 2
