Ac unit went out at 25,000 miles. Not covered under warranty and a $1500 fix. Needless to say I got rid of it and bought my third dodge ram. I also test drove a 2001 ford f-350. It was about a 104 degrees that day. With ac on full blast 30 minutes into drive i was still sweating. My dodges are like a freezer inside!

ahh no I own Fords and theyre very unreliable after about 50K. My Dodges have 250-600K and still going strong. I would buy a Dodge for sure, itll cost you more but its worth it. And also Dodge offers the Lifetime Warranty because their trucks are VERY reliable or else it would cost them too much money. Dodge>ford,gm I own all three so I know

I always thought the sequia used the same c channel as the tundra, my cousin has a 4 runner the thing is pretty solid, I have no experience with an FJ though.

lol i cant go as far as to say that, Europe is still in control of the supercar market and although the CTS-V is more powerful than the M5, it weighs too much to beat a lot of other super cars in its clas, i.e. the porche 911 GT2 or the Nissan GT-R.
i disagree, the CTS-V is a great car with the detuned version of the LS9 V8 that's in the ZR1, but it has the same power as the 911 GT2 (550hp), and with the GT2 being much lighter simply b/c the CTS-V is a 4 door sedan rather than a sports car, its just a little too heavy to beat the GT2. As for the GT-R, although the CTS-V may catch it in a straight line, it will be well after 3rd gear before it gains ground simply b/c of horsepower.

Ive also worked on a good many of chrysler trucks and cars and there tranny's seem to lack in longevity! They seem to like to blow up and shit. Not a good thing while towing a couple thousand lbs.

Lol yeah dodge had some cars in the late 60's and 70's but when it came to the 80's, 90's, and now. Ford and GM are killing dodge. Why? Because dodge is still using out dated technology! They need to step there shit up. The F-150 wasn't built for power it was built for towing. Ask anyone the F-150 out tows the Dodge. And so does the Silverado and Sierra. Dodge suspension is only good for comfort. Not so great for towing. Now there cummins 2500's are nice! But horrible transmissions.

They never will be able to compete IN SALES, because Dodge makes a more expensive truck, with better parts, is easier to work on, (ask any techy), but actually Dodge does sell a lot of diesels. Ford and GM trucks are cheap pieces of shit, you can tell when you drive them compared to a Dodge truck. Dodges trucks are refined and last forever.

ahh no I own Fords and theyre very unreliable after about 50K. My Dodges have 250-600K and still going strong. I would buy a Dodge for sure, itll cost you more but its worth it. And also Dodge offers the Lifetime Warranty because their trucks are VERY reliable or else it would cost them too much money. Dodge>ford,gm I own all three so I know

@atgskater14 No sequoia always has, and still does use a 100% fully boxed frame. I dont know whay Toyota doesnt have that frame on the Tundras, and the 4runner frame on the Tacoma. But you can base how the FJ would feel through the 4runner, they have identical chassis.

I think its funny that they dont mention the Silverado. They must still be kicking themselves (Motor Trend) for picking that God awful mess in 2007. And they Toyota? Really? I have a 98 Ranger XLT 4.0, 5 Speed, 247 XXX miles. I drive around 500 miles per week towing a 8'x4' trailer full of tools and some drywall sheets. After 3 years, I've had like 2 electrical problems (nothing major) and ZERO engine or transmission issues.

the ranger is in there just because its back end is so light. I am a manger at the st paul plant in minnesota which makes the ranger, if you're going fast and you hit ice, the back will come up sideways a little and then it gets traction and just flips. Everything else is safe.

They are also better than alot of ur European makers. They have a super car(ZR1) that destroys over half of ur supercars and have others in the making (Caddilac 16, etc.). lol i cant go as far as to say that, Europe is still in control of the supercar market and although the CTS-V is more powerful than the M5, it weighs too much to beat a lot of other super cars in its clas, i.e. the porche 911 GT2 or the Nissan GT-R.

i disagree, the CTS-V is a great car with the detuned version of the LS9 V8 that's in the ZR1, but it has the same power as the 911 GT2 (550hp), and with the GT2 being much lighter simply b/c the CTS-V is a 4 door sedan rather than a sports car, its just a little too heavy to beat the GT2. As for the GT-R, although the CTS-V may catch it in a straight line, it will be well after 3rd gear before it gains ground simply b/c of horsepower.
