@Soultrip89 It's hard to tell in such a grainy vid but if the eyes move, they've been painted in. The rest of the reflection is a simple still image from earlier in the vid. The fact that the handheld shakiness of the shot stabilises & goes perfectly still just before the "phenomenon" is a dead giveaway that they've used motion tracking software to keep the still image & video matched up.

You could do this in 5 minutes with a copy of After Effects. It's not even a particularly good fake.
