She is a lovely skater, but the only comment I can say is that her arms are maybe not as graceful and pretty when she is covering the ice as other skaters. I never heard of her before? Is she still skating?
don't take this wrong people, i love her jumps and spins, but i found that her music was very hard to connect with so i didn't get much performance from it.
the choreography wasn't spectacular, and she definetly can get some more speed in there and get down intlo the ice.
so overall amazing technical skater, needs more performance.
Actually her basics are great too, not just her spins. she looks slow in this video because the aspect ration is laterally squished. when a video's skewed that way, it makes skating look painfully slow. i think her performances are all about the vehicle... he Don Quixote program had a lot of character and spark in my opinion
they cheated her so bad here! i remember wanting to throw a shoe through the tv when they announced her scores. she was wonderful and she should have gotten 2nd at this competition...not freakin 4th place.

二位がゆかりちゃんだよー。３ＡのＤＧくらいでこんなに低いスコア・・・ランディング成功したのに。真央ちゃんの３－３が２回が勝因だけど、ゆかりちゃんの４位は絶対おかしい。なのにゆかりちゃんはいい子だから笑顔で受け入れてる。ＳＢもらってとびきりの笑顔。向こう３０年、いや、この先こんなにキレイなドーナツスピンする選手は出てこないだろうね。

@deeprose4 She resigned skating before world figure skating 2009. Now she is working at the TV station.

この採点は酷い。
旧採点法なら中野選手が優勝かも知れません。３-３がなかったのが残念。
ダウングレードがいかにクレイジーなルールか知らしめた大会でした。
しかしＩＳＵはいまだにダウングレードを廃止しようとはしない、裏でどす黒い思惑がひしめいているようです。
