You also have a point but I think everyone who has plastic surgery should own up to it if asked. Why be ashamed that you want to make yourself look & feel better. People like Ashlee Simpson(Allegedly) had Rhinoplasty and when your end result is like black & white there's no denying it.

i thought ashley simpson looked better before she had the surgery, well, thats my thought. it made her look more unique, like different from other women, now, she just looks the same as the rest of the women in the world.
