o im sorry girl... i recently went through the same thing.. i have a few steps for u. 1st dont go texting him and dont talk to him for a while, expecally if he is one to play with emotions. THROW A PARTY! i know it lame but just have a party with friends. even if u dont feel like it.. it will make u feel better, and u are really going to need them. 3, throw icecream at his car!. believe me when i tell u, you will feel so much better!! i have more advice if u need it!!
