Isai (Link) vs Sensei (Red Link) SSB64 Finals 1

this and melee were fun because when you hit someone there was stun time which allowed more combos, brawl (which I actually like just because it is a smash game) has so many invisibility frames and gogogaget arms to grab ledges makes it impossible to get clean combos and babies the player too much. 64 is my fave cuz of most stun time and balance

for real...how can you do that? I mean i tried everything but for example when i used shield and got a punch, i have some time in which i cant move or finish shield?! Is that really N64 or another versioN!?

Definitely more than Brawl, but Melee is also a pretty competitive game. Melee doesn't have Isai any more though.... Haha

I'll set some sort of record for negs to a comment, but what matters is how competitive the people that play the games are. So, all three SSB games are equally competitive.

@flamedragon3088 No melee is by far the most competitive, isai dominates every tournament he goes to in 64 there was one tournament i saw him play about 82 times in that tournament and he never lost 1 match he won EVERY SINGLE MATCH. Thats how dominate he is in 64. IN melee he is ranked the 7th best in the world so there is much more competition plus more people play melee. Isai is still amazing in both games. And brawl sucks.

can anyone tell me why they're using link? is he suddenly high tier in ssb64 because of his range, just like marth is with his range in melee, or is it just because they agreed on it. i'm confused, especially since ken, isai, masashi, and other smashers were using link when they played ssb64 when they were in japan

You're advice is horrible because it is common knowledge basically. It is obvious I wasn't able to do that because I was stoned LOL. I was playing like a zombie 5 am. Notice all those techs in place were supposed to be rolled techs away from the ledge so I wouldn't get punished. Add the fact that my reaction timing and overall ability suffered because of my condition. So don't assume I didn't try.
