  • You should get back into martial arts. Honestly, it's a great way to stay in shape and it builds self-confidence.

  • Try to keep your chin up. Just don't think bad thoughts. If you do you need to talk to someone or you can write to us. Just don't let your depression take over. Your meds are important. I know that it takes a lot of changing of meds before they find the good combination that will work for you. Currently I am taking over 6 meds in order to stabalize my condition. I still can't finish what I start. Talking really helps to bring it out to the open. Your doing a great Job. Keep it up Ken.

  • Lbs. Means Pounds. The best way to start with your weight loss is walking. Start slowly, besides walking really can easily melt fat. It's working for me. Just don't give up. Try to cut on the sweets and fatty foods pizza, burgers etc. Cut down food and increase excercise. Slowly. If you mess up in one day just continue the next day. Don't dwell on it. If you drink soda try diet drinks or water. You need to eat don't starve yourself. If you do you won't loose weight the body does not want starve

  • This project of getting in shape was put asside already sadly...for now at least and i hope they finaly will be able to find the good meds for me so i can get more stable and basicaly finish what i start but i stil try to go walk from time to time as often as possible...thanks for the support!   • Hi Ken. I'm happy you're making this choice. It's a life style change. I'll try to make a video response to this. Feel free to contact me anytime regarding weightloss. I've lost a lot. I know what you mean about not finishing things. Bipolar makes 'dieting' or healthy eating changes hard, but it's possible. I have those days where I fall off the wagon and eat bad foods. You just get back on and never give up. ;)

  • Email me! The Gmail account (miltownkid ;) ). Start tomorrow! I'll give you one tip here (I got up to 230LBS when I got out of shape). It's ALL about baby steps (especially in the beginning) and consistency (every day!) Let me explain more: baby steps means you don't have to do a lot in the beginning. Just get out and run for 5 minutes (or 2 if that's all you got!) And everyday means EVERYDAY! When you're mood is bad, just go out anyway with your gear and run for a minute (you'll do more ;) ).

  • Thanks man it's really apreciated! i'll do my first official video tomorrow so let see what this fatty body can do :) the program for tomorow is 15 min walking, 15 min biking, 5 pushup and 15 set up i'll try this for as long as i don't feel confortable with it then i'll raise those number and add new stuff to it slowly but steady.   • I'm studying food tec. Best way to lose wait is to excerise daily, cut down on red-meat, excerise once a day, even a 10 min walk can help. If you have the will, you can do anything. I wish you all the best. =)
