Listen to it, you'll find it it's Rikas love for her father who left her.

That's why she became "the digimon queen" in the first place.

She cares much aboute Takato, because he broke the ice, and came into the real Rika, and

Rika cares aboute Henry too, cause has been there when she needed it and always be friendly.

Jerry is her best friend cause Jerry gave her the feeling fo a mentor, and showed that she cared aboute Rika, even if other girls would look away.

thinking on it, it's Rikas love for her father, she misses him so greatly, and that's a reason why she became "The Ice Queen" untill Takato showed up, he broke that ice, and got into the real Rika, while Rika admires and respect Ryo, she really cares aboute Takato and Henry, cause they both have been there for her when she needed it, and Jerry has given Rika teh feeling of mentor.
