WOW! There is NOTHING wrong with her nose - NOTHING! What the heck!?!? I think people should stop "fixing" their noses. Who cares if you have an indention on it? It doesn't look bad or unattractive. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT.
A perfectly straight nose may look nice but is very plain vanilla and boring. Most people dont even realize it but its the slight hump, subtle bumps and irregularities in the nose that often give its distinct beauty and give the whole face character and personality. Ironically, there is perfection in subtle imperfections --if that makes any sense to you.
Wow, I looked up this stuff out of curiosity (I have a bump on my nose too) and this video alone made me not EVER want to consider any type of rhinoplasty (surgical or non).
Notice how the guy's entire argument to convince her revolved around what society wanted and saw as "beautiful"--not her own opinion. I honestly hope all plastic surgeons don't talk like this, it's so messed up. She looked better before by the way, "imperfection" and all. >_>
Yeah why the hell would anybody want the tip of there nose up?? My nose is like that and honestly i dont want it to be up i really want it to be down i would want a long nose without nostrils showing because i think it looks better.
i don't understand!! why everyone want's a straight nose and the tip up??? i would love to have my nose a little bit down like many latins for example, much more beautiful and gives the face expression ( penelope cruz, johnny depp, eva mendes, rudy yougblood...) keep it the same shape but maybe smaller
I actually had this procedure done with Dr. Melnick last year. I paid $1200 then. Like he said, he's very conservative so I didn't notice a difference the first time. I haven't gone for refills because I got pregnant but plan to go soon since I'm almost done breastfeeding. I'm a little bit skeptical because I didn't see much difference but if I don't I'll be wasting my money. I will be posting back once I get the refills and I'll let you know if my nose really changed.
the injection gives the "illusion" of a straight bridge. The down side is that these injections don't last and you have to keep getting (and spending) to keep it this way. The only permanent fix is surgery
She was already damn cute. WFT was she so worried about a slight bump in the bridge of her nose? People who want to change their appearance surgically to satisfy personal vanity don't need a plastic surgeon. They need a psychologist or a talk with a doctor who performs surgery on victims of catastrophic facial injuries & those born with facial deformities. Maybe once they see a person without a nose they'll realise how fortunate they are to have one, regardless of perceived minuscule flaws.
Once they see one flaw they are sure to see many more in the future. More people need to find places that show them how to love their appearance rather than spending thousands of dollars changing it.
This pisses me off. Nothing wrong with her nose but that guy was flooding her with invisible 'imperfections',
My nose is an actual discription of what she though she had - i do have a small bump, i need the top of my nose filled and then i wouldnt have a curved nose.
It's always difficult to say how much a procedure like this is going to cost, b/c it varies so much on region of the country and the extent of treatment you'll need. If you're in the Bay Area I encourage you to contact Dr. Melnick at 877-289-1928. I know the concern of the patient in this video may seem minor, but I bet the way she saw her nose is a lot like the way you do now. Anyway, nonsurgical rhinoplasty is often great for subtle reshaping. Good luck!
it didnt make any blood difference

omg this only works if your nose is small. what if i have a big nose? i dont wanna make it even bigger by filling in the spots next to the bump!

It pisses me off how the conventional attractive nose is the 'ski slope' curved nose - I actually prefer it with a bump, curved the other way round!

surgery can be not permanent, it can grow up, I mean it can get not straight if it is long enought you had it before surgery

how much did you pay for the job?
xXderrickXx169 2 years ago
it doesn't get rid of the bump, it just tries to "hide" the bump, but it actually makes the profile of your nose even worse *my oppinion*

HOW MUCH DOES THIS TREATMENT COST?

That's what I wonder-how much it costs and if/how it would work for a deviated septum.
