  • awesome!

  • Chinabrush app is done

  • this is a lot like one i did on my ipad 2. please check out my vid, only mine is in color:P

  • how the fuck did you capture it? O_o

  • @insanewarlock666 the app has an export option

  • That was drawn... With a FINGER.

  • @TheThunderdoodle it was :)

  • @DeVitus87 WOW!

  • @TheThunderdoodle If you think that's good check out kylelambertportfolio he's really good and has iPad/iPhone drawings too

  • FAKEEEEEEE it's made by computer

  • Great job, but it needs eyelashes to look as realistic as possible.

  • @lesmeslover95 it does dodo

  • @tiffanyteddy44

I don't know what he uses, but personally I would recommend the pogo or targus, which You can pick up at you local office max. They run for about 16$. I wouldn't recommend anything

Under that cost because it would

    Be cheap.

  • @TiffanyTeddy44

That's not a stupid question at all. I was wondering the exact thing.

  • ok.... this is probably the STUPIDEST question anyone has ever asked you.... but what do you use to draw these with? my moms friend has an ipod 4g & she has this app & she has a stylus but on my moms ipod i gotta use my finger so,... REALLY hope this makes sence

  • Are you Stephanie Valintin? lol

    IT'S BRILLIANT!

  • Are you Stephanie Valintin? lol

  • @xilent234 nope

  • LOL, Chuck Norris in the tags!

  • @House2HouseStudios No! That sneaky bastard!

  • I wish brushes detected motion and had expressive strokes :(

  • @justinlovespastry True, this is why i used my camera to do this job in my other brushes app video

  • hey whats the app u use to record the screen???

  • @ketochi I used the Brushes app client for the Mac, exported the drawing file from the iPhone and converted to the video - a standard option under the Brushed app for Mac

  • How can one export paintings from Brushes and use them on the Brushes viewer? I can't seem to make it work for some reason...

    Please help! :(

  • use ArtStudio, its way better, trust me. i use it all the time.

  • aa its the eye from that tutorial =]

  • what did you use to record this?

  • the upper left side of the pupil looks a bit too straight.

The rest is really good... I like your eyelashes.

  • You should credit StephanieValentin in your video somewhere if this is following her tutorial, anyway it looks nice. I use brushes too :)

  • does the app cost?

  • Wow. this is amazing!!!

  • you got this from Stephanie Valentin's page.. i knew it looked familiar.

  • @dannydijamaican it is similar but not the same

  • Good work. How do you make the eyelashes so they get thinner in one end than in the other?

Is there a way of adjusting brush width on the go?

  • @eolake no, there's no pressure-sensitivity if that's what you're referring to. I simply zoomed in... a lot... and from the closer view drew the lashes thicker at the roots and thinner towards the end.

  • @DeVitus87

    OK, Thank you very much.

  • this is on the computer dumbass ive seen the video ur ridarded

  • Awesome drawing! I'm thinking of getting this app myself, but I need to know one thing. Is it possible in any way to transfer/export your finished image to a PC instead of a mac?

  • I save mine and just download it off my iPod, but no, you can't export video files or large images. :(

  • Good show man!

The music track is great too, but what's the name of it?

    Cheers :)

  • this was a track from youtube's audio swap, so it remains nameless for me :)

  • was that app really worth it?

and how would you upload the finishing picture to your computer?

cause im not sure if i should get it or not

  • you could email it to yourself. and yes, app is totally worth it: it supports layers too now

  • i tried to paint the house across my street after it snowed. i never finished it, and im bored of the app now

    -________-

i hate it when that happens..

  • How do they capture the painting process...?

  • You transfer the special extension file from iPhone / iPod touch to the Mac and gain an ability to see the step-by-step replay

  • не пездити здесь пидоры нормальный рисунок))))

  • You CAN use an iPod stylus everyone. The one I use isn't fantastic, (I got it off ebay for less then a dollar) but it gets the job done pretty well. It takes some getting used to, but once you've got it down, your paintings get a lot neater, and your can be much more precise in tyour drawings. ;)

  • Comment removed

  • does it have to be an ipod stylus?

  • I hope you can use a stylus...one for drawing

it would be a great tool

  • Drawing without a stylus is unbelievable great, you can't believe it until you try it, but sometimes I use the pogo stylus for better precision (but without it you can always zoom in)

  • you cant use a stylus on the iPhone...

  • very good

  • did you use a stylus?

  • no, stylus on the iphone is a metal tube with a wide sticky ending which is only good for clicking, e.g. keyboard

  • Have you seen the pogo stylus? Some of the famous iPhone painters use them, and apparently they're pretty good. I've got one coming my way, but unfortunately I can't draw or paint for shit! I'm hoping my experimentation with brushes will teach me! :D

  • No, unfortunately I haven't. Should take a look though, thanks for a tip.

  • I see you coppied this from the youtube tutorial. Nice job

  • Correct, also tried to post it as a video response but haven't gotten confirmed so far. And thanks!

  • It looks very good. And it IS very good for being drawn on the Iphone. Really good job.

  • i dont think u can use a stylus on the iphone,..I know I cant,..cuz i think it needs heat

  • attention to detail, with the reflection of the eye lashes on the iris... amazing!!!

Quick question, how did you do those eye lashes, cause the iphone touch screen isn't pressure sensitive? Those eye lashes get start with a certain thickness then it gets thicker?

  • nope, no sensitivity was required.. the 800% zoom does its job and eye lashes are a set of thinnest brush strokes

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Dude you are awesome! D=

  • nice :D

  • thx mate
