Why do techs always suggest this?

For instance, I can log into Fidelity.com just fine, but when I click on my company's 401k plan, and then click "begin", it gives me this error:

"Enrollment Error

The system is currently unavailable. Please try your request again later or contact a service representative to complete this transaction."

Lady on the phone said to delete cookies. Why? I have a feeling this is the equivalent of "reset your router".

hey ~!!

I got some confusing technical problems....

My video's on youtube wont come out cause of the cookies setting~!! But the audio still on...

after discovering how to block the cookies and it work~!! the image come out but...i discover that i cant log in either...

And when i deleted the cookies..it comes back...so...how the heck do i prevent the cookies from disappearing the image of a video....i cant block it forever

i already tried reinstall the flash player twice...T~T
