It´s quite hard to say in these old songs, but this is definitely Sara´s song. You can tell that because Sara has more purer and girly-like voice, whereares Tegan has a bit deeper and rougher voice, I think.

its actually not a complicated song to play it all. the last little riff in the intro is a bit tricky but other than that its really only 2 chords. look up the tabs and give it a shot.
