Check out the Road Worn series. You might need a fret dress when you get it back home, but it is an awesome guitar for the money, and is as good as the highway ones, acc to the music press.

on the okko: low gain at 9-11- o'clock and tone at 12

Hi Leo, my recording setup is quite simple:

I have two singnals: the playback from the computer and the guitaramp, miked with a AKG D-320 B (I don't know if that is a good mikrophon for guitar, I bought it on the flea-market years ago, but it sounds quite good)

The 2 signals are going to a cheap Behringer mixing desk. And a line-out from the mixer goes direct to the camera. The camera is recording everything at the same time. That's it

What is your opinion and take on that amp? I am looking for something that I can get that 60's and 70's classic tone, and have a second channel for metal playing, and a killer clean tone like you get with marshalls, what do you recommend?

If you have a Okko Diablo Overdrive in front of the Fender you will have a nice Marshall Lead channel. Ceck out a Super Reverb, this is a great Amp you can do everything with

The Vibrolux is not modded. I have a few of those. I like the blackface and the silverface - but the reissues are completely different amps!!
