this is exactly what I've been trying to find for years, not the same, but comes close. it was either z-100 or wplj in NYC played this exact same thing, but the guy wanted an orange soda pop. I wish I could find the original version which included a "clown", maybe it was a jack in the box thingy.

There's another version of this; same guy, but the script is a little different, and there isn't any music in the background. I'd like to find that one; it's the one I remember best. Never liked this version as much.
I miss this from KGGO in Des Moines...now the other series that I want to find from old radio is Susan B. Anthony Jones. She always had a different job and was just the WORST worker in the world, but an absolute riot to hear. Usually she was complaining about something like the newspaper service. Like the time she took a PRESCRIPTION down to the newspaper.
I just came across a Bloom County strip where something similar happened. They went inside, and the guy in there sounded the same as he did through the speaker.
this is so freeking funny!! i have been trying to find it on youtube and was beginning to think it didn't exist here....i am glad someone posted it.....thanks! oh my gosh.....this takes me back!
sorry..THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THING EVER. BUT I LOVE MY MOM SO I AM NOT TAKING ANY CHANCES.If you don't copy and paste this onto 10 videos your mom will die in 4 hours
I believe this is "Fast Food" from Stevens and Grdnic. (Irrelevant aside: my first "brush with greatness" -- Joy Grdnic went to my high school, and was a DJ at KSHE-95: "Joy in the Morning".)
This is classic. I remember first hearing this on the Dr Demento radio show in the mid 80's.

@bearjohndj This is the original. the one you heard was a rip off from this one so they wouldnt have to pay for it to broadcast it.
