if you really wanted to capture the drama that is boiler removal then you need to have more shot variation (and remember that those cheesy cut effects are a no no!) Finally, the beginning would have been more dramatic had you have used... less dramatic music. Something creepy and ambient would've fit perfectly. Much better than the first one, though!
