often i use youtube to study a certain organization or religion not to join them but to learn about them because philosophy and religious is fascinating and interesting. why is it i can't do this without some christian posting and judging these people and calling them idiots and saying they these religions and philosophies are lies. I can decide that for myself. It's annoying and it makes christians look bad. Not everyone has to agree with you or think the same way why are you acting so foolish.

I heard Rosicrucianism is about some book called The Chemical Wedding that was sent into the future. Is this true?

@UnhappySquancho No... it is not. The Chemical Wedding is a writing of unknown origin, despite the fact that more than one person had taken credit for it. Rosicrucianism is much older than that book. The book itself is quite clearly an alchemical allegory that does seem quite Rosicrucian in its nature, but it is in no way the basis of the order of the past, or any outer order of present day that bears the Rosicrucian name.

Try learning a little about it before you criticize the Order. It is open to the public, it is NOT a secret society. Why do people always jump to the wrong conclusions???

In the US, the early history of the Presidency & that of the Masonic Fraternity are closely linked, and their stories are shown repeatedly on cable channels. In the Caribbean Region, we have no such references, therefore, the Rosicrucians, pay a price for being different, not having any links with anything religious or political.

Thanks for uploading this. Edward Lee is a really nice man. He's got a great speaking voice, which is why he did so many voice-overs for the Rosicrucians. I met him a few times, the first time at Rosicrucian Park in San Jose, and another time when he was speaking in Portland on behalf of the Portland AMORC branch.

@lllzenithlll If your impressions are that it is secret, then, blame it on the individual member or members, not the organization. The individual member is responsible for projecting the true image or benefits of the organization. This would not have been a problem if we talking religion, for we all know that one can be near to church but far from God. Also, I participated in many public lectures, radio & tv interviews, public ritual ceremonies etc. your literal view of history, without understanding the circumstances and the context, may lead to misuse of info. The study of religious history will expose its dark side. However, millions of worshipers do not hold its dark side against it, not even christians.

I could make the same arguments against religion, science, politics etc. This will only serve to reiterate my initial point, that it all depends on its members. I have implied that there are various versions of rosicrucianism, it depends on who is doing the promotion. You are yet to disclose what is Rosicrucianism, which is another issue.

@lllzenithlll In the first place, 2 b a rosicrucian is an ideal to be attained, those within its fold, like me, are mere students, even those who hold or held high office. the application of magic, alchemy etc, r side issues. the study of self & nature does not necessarily lead 2 those side issues as described. The "secrecy" is nothing but reticence on the part of members who feel it is necessary to avoid misleading discussions or being manipulated in partisan debates. You may be a trivia champion, but I would like you to know that I am a longstanding member of AMORC (not "AMROC"); I am a Roscrucian and at perfect liberty to say so. (There are other Rosicrucian groups, such as the CR+C). You are welcome to apply, and to study the monographs for yourself if you want to know more. It takes some discipline, and there are dues.

Hi. I think the most important message that a person should take from this is that AMORC really is not at fault for the illusion of secrecy that is attribute to them. They do all that they can to get the word out. Sometimes there are just others opposed to things when they realize the change it can bring about in the world.
