Maybe so, but they more then made up for it with the sheer epicness that is this remix of the theme. It really does make you want to go out and beat the unholy hell out of Dracula. Had this been the final level's theme (prior to Dance of Illusions starting), 99% of people would have WTFPWNED the game from sheer willpower/manly tears getting them through it.
@germville Oh I see. Yeah, I have the same feeling with Yoshi's Island and Ocarina of Time. Yeah, I know most people would say Ocarina of Time as well, but with me it's the truth. I was 6 years old when it came out. And all 6 years of Elementary School were spent obsessing over it with my friends and completing it 100%. As for Yoshi's Island? It's just the Super Castlevania IV game that I need. When I was young, I wasn't knowlegable about games enough to know which games were good and which to buy. I had a few good ones, but I lacked Castlevania, Super Metroid, and Chrono Trigger.

I downloaded Castlevania: Symphony of The Night on my PS3 and downloaded Super Castlevania IV on my Wii. How appropriate, for those are considered the 2 best Castlevania games out there. But I do admit that I wish I owned an actual Super Nintendo cartridge to Super Castlevania IV, because I think I'd enjoy it more on a Super Nintendo controller.

I'm playing the new Castlevania game, Lords of Shadow, at the moment. It's actually pretty good. But you know what would have made it better? The inclusion of this song. It's just way too epic. That's why I'm playing this song here, as I'm playing the game. It makes it that much more exhilarating.

This theme is so Legendary, I remember when I bought the soundtrack after I bought the game, I thought to myself "Now I can kick ass wherever I go". To this day I still have it, including most of the Castlevania games. I just wish my older wasn't stupid enough to sell the NES Castlevania for a PS2 mem card.

Maybe so, but they more then made up for it with the sheer epicness that is this remix of the theme. It really does make you want to go out and beat the unholy hell out of Dracula. Had this been the final level's theme (prior to Dance of Illusions starting), 99% of people would have WTFPWNED the game from sheer willpower/manly tears getting them through it.

@germville Oh I see. Yeah, I have the same feeling with Yoshi's Island and Ocarina of Time. Yeah, I know most people would say Ocarina of Time as well, but with me it's the truth. I was 6 years old when it came out. And all 6 years of Elementary School were spent obsessing over it with my friends and completing it 100%. As for Yoshi's Island? Well, it was the 1st video game I ever played in my life, so it holds a close place in my heart.

@germville Actually, I do own an SNES. It was my first gaming console. I'm 18 and I got an SNES when I was 4 years old. lol
It's just the Super Castlevania IV game that I need. When I was young, I wasn't knowlegable about games enough to know which games were good and which to buy. I had a few good ones, but I lacked Castlevania, Super Metroid, and Chrono Trigger.
By the way, you say Super Castlevania IV is on your #2 all time favourites. For what? Castlevania games? Or games in general?

@germville Well that's cool. I actually only got into Castlevania recently. Like about 6 months ago. I downloaded Castlevania: Symphony of The Night on my PS3 and downloaded Super Castlevania IV on my Wii. How appropriate, for those are considered the 2 best Castlevania games out there. But I do admit that I wish I owned an actual Super Nintendo cartridge to Super Castlevania IV, because I think I'd enjoy it more on a Super Nintendo controller.

I'm playing the new Castlevania game, Lords of Shadow, at the moment. It's actually pretty good. But you know what would have made it better? The inclusion of this song. It's just way too epic. That's why I'm playing this song here, as I'm playing the game. It makes it that much more exhilarating.

This theme is so Legendary, I remember when I bought the soundtrack after I bought the game, I thought to myself "Now I can kick ass wherever I go". To this day I still have it, including most of the Castlevania games. I just wish my older wasn't stupid enough to sell the NES Castlevania for a PS2 mem card.
