  • Both Clark and Clarke are traitors. They willing are members of the CFR will FULL knowledge of what David Rockefeller and his minions are about. They are blood money mongers. David Rockefeller has OPENLY committed TREASON in his OWN WORDS right in his autobiography. Read his words you GD numbskulls or be forever branded traitors forever.

  • wow

  • It's hard to fix Afghanistan when "drugs aren't the problem".

  • I think it is sad when the general understands the Iraqi people more than the Bush Rep. Admin. He make serveral points but most of these racist McCain supporters scream in fear over different cultures, skin color, and religion they don't understand.

  • The I.S.I. IS the Taliban - until we admit that we are pissing in the wind

  • Another one idiot! Get him away before he do a world mess! He is a racist, lyer, ill in brain. He even do not understand who is living on this earth. Americans, wake up and open your eyes. The world needs piece. No one likes war, like your coverment. Start love people of al nationalities, start speak with them and try to understand them, give them love and not bullets and bombs and then you will get much more, not only smiles and open hearts. Stop do money from wars!

  • bunk: if you want to make an argument, make one.

  • This is great that you got access to these folks. Good conversation. Keep up the good work.

  • This is ignorant. He keeps saying "Bush's Whitehouse" - what a dumbass, I'm sure he's on his way to get married to some dude with the new liberal laws passed..

  • what shitty reporter... he wasn't even listening to what the ppl he interviewed were saying. After repeatedly saying the number of troops was not the solution, he'd still ask if which candidate commits the right amount of troops. Dickwad.

  • Lets just throw more money and more troops at it - That will fix everything

    NOT!

  • There was no evidence ever found that he was anyway involved in that.

  • Obama should step away from both of these guys. Nation building is not part of the US constitutional mandate. Anyways the mess at home will bring the troops home within 3 years. Just starting to heat up.

  • Every American voter should watch this interview before voting.

On that note, it seems Clark would be a wise pick for Obama's VP.

    Great reporting, thanks for this!

  • Has history taught us nothing? Obviously not.

The only person who truly "conquered" Afghanistan was Alexander, and he did it ruthlessly - he merely killed anyone who got in his way.

Since then, the Brits have fought 3 wars there in the 19th Century, and never made an inch of headway. Hell, the Afghans even conquered Delhi in india!

We need a new strategy - troops will only die there, as per usual, Unless they pursue Alexander the Great's strategy, which I would not support.

  • Just another place we do not belong.

this wole thing is beyond disgusting and embarring...

What about all the DYNA CORP cops we have working in Afganistan and Iraq,,, never mind Blackwater,,,

    destruction of America BY DESIGN

  • Chalmers Johnson points out that when the Soviets withdrew from Afghanistan we did too - allowing the country to fall into one of the most brutal civil war in recent memory, the kind of ceaseless and horrific violence which he points would make people actually grateful for a Taliban to put an end to it.

We need to get out of Afghanistan before we have the same kind of humiliating experience there the soviets did. Economic aid might work, military action will lead to a quagmire.

  • Thats how the Taliban came to power actually. After 3 years of Mujahadin ("our guys" remember) violence and lawlessness after the Soviets pulled out, the Taliban promised law and order. So the warlords saw the way the wind was shifting and gave their support to the Taliban.

  • Hey wesley clark, What do you have to say about the brutal rape and murder of Leveta Johnson? You know, that case with the bruises, lacerations, chemical burns, teeth marks and drag imprints in the earth that was caused buy male troops and labeled a suicide? Chances are you couldn't muster a word to defend it truthfully. You could look up the rhetoric the GOP is stuffing down McCain's throat. If you say it well enough and you pay the mainstream media well enough that might do it...

  • holy shit someone who doesn't sound like a complete idiot, I am shocked. No way he will ever be VP.

  • CIA-deep-state-istan

  • So Obama will get NATO to escalate the war in Afganistan. Am I the only one who finds this absurdly funny.

    This guy is warped.

  • My latest view on Afghanistan, in part based on a British foreign service guy who was in charge of Southern Iraq for several years before hiking 400 miles in Afghanistan, is that America should not militarily escalate in Afghanistan. We do not have the resources to take and hold territory, so we should not do this. I wish these experts had spent 10 percent of this mental effort thinking about how to decommission our former allies of Ron Reagan and Charlie Wilson's War: Taliban, Al Queda & OBL.

  • Nation building? What happened to getting Osama? We need nation building at home.

  • It's little more than a modified repeat of our misadventures in Southeast Asia a few decades ago. American "foreign aid," both the passive and aggressive varieties, has a habit of doing more damage than good for its recipient countries. In case you haven't noticed, this country's modus operandi has been, for close to a full century now, geared towards destroying every healthy nation on earth. "Democracy," like the Christian disease before it, is helping to erase whole cultures and languages.

  • If Bush had actually been interested in finding bin Lade, we would have a dozen divisions in North West Pakistan, and if the Pakistanis had a problem with that, he would turn their country into glass.

Bush never had any interest in catching bin Laden because he is a business partner of his family.

  • Richardgwm: Do you understand that the Pakistan military has close to 1,000,000 personnel on active duty and nuclear weapons? I don't think anybody wants a small increase to the chances of finding a single person if it comes with the cost of an all out war against Pakistan.

  • If Pakistan has a problem with us going after bin Laden, nuke them back to the stone age.

  • U Should read THOMAS L. FRIEDMAN's column today in NY TIMES, You are clueless

  • .....

  • richard: We don't "nuke [countries] back to the stone age" unless they have attacked us.

  • hahaha, pearl harbour? fuck off

what about nixon and kissinger in cambodja

bush in afghanistan? iraq? depleted uranium?

agent orange? torture? trade sanctions killing millions of poor innocent people?

have fun trying to defend your countries foreign policy scumbag

  • pocket: Based on your comment, I can't even tell if you're actually replying to me. I was answering richard's suggestion that we nuke pakistan back to the stone age. The one time we used nuclear weapons was in japan, imo a horrible crime. In any case, the thrust of my comment is that we should not consider nuking anyone. You might actually make more sense if you didn't jump to conclusions.

  • Nich: pearl harbour wass designed to happen, its history, the American goverment wass warned about the incomming japanese many times, but the higher ups chose to let the attack succed, to get americans into the war with Japan

    about my channel:

Iraq for Sale is not a theory, KBR and halliburton have taken over militairy tasks and overcharging the US citizen

the non-enery crisis tells about untouched oilfields in alaska and the way oil prices are artificially kept high

  • pocket: the thread is about pakistan.

  • hey asshole, you started to attack my channel saying it wass a "theory"... hence the explanation

  • pocket: explanation? what explanation?

  • I never asked for a explanation, I had to give one to you though, too bad you dindt listen back then and dindt remember it

you might wanna check some factual evidence before you slanderize someones channel next time...

  • pocket: slanderize?? lol!!! look, you probably have some reasonable arguments to make. it's just that you think you can start screaming and typing stuff without thinking. it's not gonna fly. for example, pointing out the bombing of hiroshima is not a bad point to make, but then you start going into nixon and cambodia, which wasn't nuclear. Jeez.

  • pocket: took a look at your channel profile, and you are apparently a conspiracy theory person. You have no clue what you're talking about.

  • and who is this "conspiracy theory person"?

its all happening in the open, hence its not a theory

talk about a simpleton that jumps to conclusions!

now I'm sorry if I went a bit off when I saw a American justify the dropping of a A-bomb,

but dont you think its kinda weird how the Americans have something to do with nearly every dictatorship on the planet?

  • pocket: I'll let you get back to your conspiracy theories. bye bye.

  • theories... if only

    fucking idiot, learn to read

  • pocket: "fucking idiot"?? You're a conspiracy theory person because you have not a clue about substantiating your opinions with any kind of evidence, backup, written documentation, anything. You're utterly unfocused, and don't know how to build a case for your assertions.

  • its not a theory, and yes you are a fucking idiot, pay attention next time when you TRY to attack someones person because you dont understand what they are saying

  • pocket: You seem completely unable to grasp the idea that you've made a complete idiot out of yourself. Go somewhere and learn how to construct an argument.

  • I dont know when I said that to you but that totally works here, thanks!

next time you might wanna add these " " to emphasize its quoted besides writing someones name in front of it

  • pocket: "totally works here"?? lol, you have no clue even how to assert something in a reasonable way. bye bye, let me know when you've learned how to make an argument.

  • you're annoying. i don't care what you're arguing about.. you're just annoying.

  • gangularis: Thanks!! Any time you would like to quit the ad hominem attacks and mount some sort of argument, I'll engage you!!

  • You just did engage me, moron.

  • gang: Lol, if you think that is engaging you, then you've got very low standards!!! MAKE A FUCKING ARGUMENT, CHUMP! As an example, what do you like about Pocketass666's argument? Aside from the personal attacks, what you got??!!

  • thanks for engaging me again, moron.

  • gang: lol, I'm still just trying to get some sort of argument, assertion, hypothesis out of ya'!! Looks like you don't have much to offer, though! C'mon man, you gotta have SOMETHING to say!

  • I don't talk to strangers.

  • no.

  • As usual, you're full of crap -- your name fits you.

1st Comparing illegal weapons sales to a terrorist nation to ridding the world of a genocidal maniac

2nd Clark (military) at Waco (ATF) == LOL

    ....BRAVO

  • *****

  • Afganistan has an opium enconomy that is propped up the the United States. The gross nation product is sold by the connected crime lords. They are there for the big money involved in the illegal drug trade, otherwise there is probably no real reason to be their bearing down on the people who would take that trade over. It's stupid to talk about all this other stuff. Just say were taking the money killing the poor people and giving the money to the rich people. U.S.A. does the enforcement.

  • It's so refreshing to hear two experts who actually know what they're talking about and not all the bull and rhetoric you get from McCain - Bush - Fox etc

  • Who has more military experience Wesley Clark or John McCain.

  • Asking such a question enboldens the enemy!

  • Wesley Clark is a retired US general. He was valedictorian of his class of West Pointe( as opposed to John McCain who was at the bottom of his class). He attended the University of Oxford and studied Philosophy, Politics & Economics. He later attended Command and General Staff College and recieved a masters degree in military science.

In the Vietnam War Clark was given command of A Company, 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry of the 1st Infantry Division in January 1970.

  • He was shot 4 times by a VietCong soldier with an AK-47. Despite his injuries, Clark shouted orders to his men who counterattacked and defeated the VietCong force.

Despite Clark's experience and McCain's lack of Americans still trust McCain when it comes to foriegn policy.

  • @ZingZee123456789 Fuck You Clark. My cousin Vincent Hartmann, Lt. Col and a Special Forces soldier did alot more than you. My brother was just a SPC4 in the Mekong Delta put up with more fire than you did in your whole life. As far as we are concerned...you are a TRAITOR...for you are a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Cease and DESIST your membership in this organization. David Rockefeller is a Traitor and your are a member of his organization. They made you. QUIT NOW!

  • The Iraq war has drained our economy, has put us in TRILLIONS of dollars in debt and has caused the death of THOUSANDS of INNOCENT Americans and Iraqis and yet there are fools out there like John McCain who want to prolong the American presence in Iraq INDEFINANTLY.

ALL of the problems that Americans are facing today could be alieviated if we removed our troops from Iraq.

GWB got us into this war and now the American people and the next president(Obama) will have to clean up his filthy mess.

  • oh no, zingzee, didn't you hear? tho obma is 'inexperienced in world affairs' and apparently bordering on treason, john mccain now says that 16 months is a 'good timetable' for an iraq exit... curious, no?

  • Im not surprised. John McCain's Iraq strategy and foriegn policy credibility was threatened when the Prime Minister of Iraq endorsed Obama's strategy for redeplyment, when the Bush Administration engaged in diplomacy with Iran and when Bush agreed to a withdrawl "horizon".

He's now scrambling to try and redeem himself.....

  • Afghanistan should have been the focus of our attention from the get go. Iraq was never a threat!

We have spent six yeas fighting a pointless war in Iraq and we are no safer than we were on 9/11 2001.

  • Thats a pretty dark glass the General has got there in front of him.

Whiskey and Coke is my guess. Any other guesses?

  • Good guess! More specifically, its prolly Jack & Coke.

  • I second that guess!

  • chicha morada

  • ogji: coffee

  • Lol, touche my friend!

Yer probably right, However at the time, I figured whiskey and coke was just bit more humorous.

  • If your side had anything interesting to say except parroting the corrupt Bush administration then you would get more votes, videos, favorites. TPM gets the views.

  • It may have something to do with the amount of obscenity and race baiting in violation to YouTube Terms of Use on "Nobama" channels.

    Too bad for bigots.

  • Yeah, Last I checked freedom of speech is one thing, but posting videos that tell raw lies about people could get youtube sued for slander. So if you want some "nobama videos" to stay up, then fill them with what is true.

Pity the Rove machine haven't been able to find attacks on Obama that are actually true yet.

  • dumass

  • "dumass" ??

lol way to own yourself moron
