omg...... A Puppie cant be agressive.... Just if you leed it into the wrong track... Like rewarding a bite or somthing or using non positive rewards.. I cant understand that people likes this video!
i have a rottweiler puppy almost 7 weeks old...and he keeps biting me...when i try co correct him...he starts yelling..calms down...and right after that..he starts biting harder...and i think he's naturaly aggresive....he growls at his toys when playing with them...any advices?
yo i have a question my 3 month doberman sometimes bark on otherdogs and 1 time he bit a stranger trying to pet him when he was hyper. and he bites alot he barks at me, my aunt said i shud slap his jaw so that the dog wud know wut hes duin is wrong but it doesnt seem to work it makes him more agrresive and bites more, whats the solution for this problem? or is this normal for a 3 month old?
@Pnoy3xtreme I know this is an older post, but don't slap the dog on the mouth! He will associate touch with pain, so when someone goes to pet your dog, he will see their hand coming and instinctively bite, through fear or play.. Don't hit your dog anymore! There are plenty of vids on youtube about how to break or help these habits, plus a bit of working with your dog and patience. Look up how to stop your dog from biting on google and youtube. You don't need to hit your dog for him to learn :)
I used to have a pitbull puppy were she would bite and not let go (her bites were hurtful). later on she would jump and try to bite my face and my family ended up giving her to a family experience with these types of dogs.
@cooliobutthoolio I totally agree. Dogs were bred to not want to be the dominant one. A puppy will test boundaries to see what it can and can't get away with, not to be dominant.
What is the point of making videos where the dog never displays any of the characteristics that he is trying to deter the dog from doing in the first place. Demonstrating that what he is talking about makes sense, a complete waste of time.
depends what purpose you got your dog for in the first place if you want just a happy family dog dont tease it and hit it train it to be sensible if you want a guard dog you train it by bringing out the agression but controlled agression i trained my dog to be aggresive on command i say gettem boy and he will attack and injure what ever i tell him to get but when i say get out of it he listens and stops strait away its all in the method you can have an agreesive dog but you have to be in control
Can you help me my puppy is 7 weeks old and he snarls and growls and snaps at you when u try to pet him and hes not in the mood he will do it we are trying to teach him hes not the alpha male but he just keeps acting like he is and We have a blue pitbull
@nickiboo123 Try this: Put your hand in a tight fist, incase he bikes make a nice low voice, and get closer and closer untill he lets you pet him, if he bite's, put a treat in your hand and bring it closer and closer, and give him the treat when he lets you pet him, repeat untill he lets you pet him.
@nickiboo123 first just want to say that 7 weeks old is too early to take him from his mom, but you have him now so thats that. theres many ways that you can show your dog your dominate over him. you can try getting him use to basic commands like sit and no (of course with a treat in your hand). people have told me holding the puppy down will work, not with full force that could hurt him but just enough so he cant get up. or simple stuff his mother would do to let him know he's not in charge
@byronb365 Please read the research work done by Drs. Scott and Hall. Puppies separated from mom and litter mates on their 49th day of life bond to humans much better than those left longer .
also, aggressiveness is not normally genetic. A dog is like a child. They behave in way they have learned. If your dog is aggressive then you have not trained it properly.
my dog isnt aggressive but he always wants to be dominant and never lets up if you try 2 tell him no he starts jumping up and biting until he gets wat he wants or until i put him in his crate
the reason why there are so many problem dogs nowadays,is because many people do not take the time and effort to raise and train there dog in the right way
it is very simple folks, make sure the dog(opuppy)is always lasst in the pack(family). You eat first, last the dog,you walk first through the door ,then the dog,and also with a tug game between you and the dog, make sure you ALWAYS WIN!!!!!
You are the boss, you make the rules, you apply the rules, and the dog will follow(if you handle it the right way)
i watched you hoping i would learn something. you told me nothing. what did that mean, "win the situation"? It sounded more like an advert for Miami Dog Training... but I am still not sure. Please, more detail.

There is no pack in a human family!!! So outdated. A puppy will test its boundaries - yeah sure but not because it wants to be dominant.

a choke collar does not actually hurt the dog. the dog will stop long before it actually chokes them or hurts them.

if your puppy is aggressive this early in life then its neurological. there is no reason for a baby puppy to be aggressive unless you punch your dog
matthonest 2 years ago
@matthonest Idiot. Ever heard of genetics playing a role in a dogs overall temperment? Well it does. Something you should read up on.
