no kidding great job, but yes the pump has to much power, try drilling and tapping a small hole on you input and inject air into the line, your efficency should go up that way

Holy micro bubbles bat man ! I bet you get a shit ton of micro bubble sin your tank huh ? Scale down your pump to a smaller size. Its way to much for a 4 inch. ( I am guessing its a 4 inch right diameter chamber) Probably a 600 GPH pump your using ? maybe 750 ?

Scale back to 350 and watch how much better it will work out for you. The key is maximum air to water ration in the chamber more then it is gph with recirculating skimmers.
