Honestly, Taylor Swift is the face that sells records. She has some talent but not anywhere near the amount which she has received credit for. Ok, she writes her own stuff, so what? It sucks, it's all about teenage drama, no heart. Her range is terrible, notice she needs three backup singers to make up for it. Granted Marcus has the rest of his band for backup vocals but he sings directly into the mic to harmonize, not back away from it like T Swift. No energy, over-all didn't do it justice.

This isn't her trying to be them, she's just covering a song she likes just like thousands of other people do. It's a good cover though, but the whole point is it's a cover. Obviously the original will be the best.

Exactly. I think these people have nothing better to do and her song "Mean" describes the nonesense perfectly. Taylor is extremely talented and I have loved every cover she has done so far from George Strait, Brooks and Dunn, Amy Winehouse to Rihanna.
