uh. i didnt own a server, so i dont know the exactly console-comands. its very complicated, theres a link to Urban terror forum with a description, but utube doesnt allow links in comments, so you have to ask your friend (not the cops; google :D)

just search for "urban terror add bot"

I did not use bots... It's only on TeamSurvivor mode... We were just 2 on a server and used the command /kill while we were in "warmup" both in the same team... The corpses just stay at the ground :)
