Yeah, I pretty much hate the physics in all Halo games, you get killed too easy. I keep getting meleed to death among others, grenades, long range death, I just can't compete with these type of people. It's only the campaign that's good.

I'm not sure why the melee system matters that much anyway. If your victim would have add a shotgun, it may have ended a little differently. That is proof, I admit, that melee sucks in the game, but you are supposed to be shooting each other. The hammer and sword are the only exception, but melee always sucked. i had to stop playing H3 cause to much bullshit happens and they made it to noobie friendly. For example the why your oppenets get to respawn next to you for a chep kill, two noobs can just run up to you and throw a sticky and kill you from the grave, three there r no map control, four its impossable to flank your oppenets when their r more then one, and five bungie made it a beat down game(melee)so however has the better connection wins the fight.
There are alot of problems...the assault riffle is weaker than the battle riffle in close range? A shotty kills you after you hammer through a guy who survives from it? A melee also means a super dash? 2 granades = br1 shot= death? Your shield is low and a granade explodes in the other side of the wall but it kills you?Low shield means that pressure form a grenade kills you like piercing pullet or fire?you can snipe and walk and jump at the same time? You get sniped in a toe and you can die?
yeah thats not a melee style death, you just normally fall to the ground when you die by melee. You do backflips like that when you get headshotted with a BR.
Autocentered melee is just a problem, period. I mean, it wouldn't be as bad if they didn't remove ducking. I mean, now when you duck, the melee magically removes itself to your body and sends you flying, as opposed to missing. Plus this more health = kill system is pissing me off. I've been cheated out of more kills because of this system than I was cheated out of because of my crappy internet connection.
Final review: bring back H2 melee systems. Ducking and no auto-centering. Made melee fun

You think that this only happens to you? There has been plenty of times that me and my friend go and melee someone who has no shields and we would have around half shields. So anyway we would hit him first but for some reason the enemy would melee and after we had hit them and we would die. WTF is up with that? both great games in my opion but cod has a better single player campaign. after playing it for five months, i have not noticed any lunging in the CoD4 knife melee. however, it can miss because you are trying to swipe a knife at them. unlike halo, where you don't even need to be remotely near the person to hit them, in CoD4, your knife actually has to HIT your opponent to kill them.

i had to stop playing H3 cause to much bullshit happens and they made it to noobie friendly. For example the why your oppenets get to respawn next to you for a chep kill, two noobs can just run up to you and throw a sticky and kill you from the grave, three there r no map control, four its impossable to flank your oppenets when their r more then one, and five bungie made it a beat down game(melee)so however has the better connection wins the fight.
So fuck Halo 3, Its all about Halo 1 and 2

There are alot of problems...the assault riffle is weaker than the battle riffle in close range? A shotty kills you after you hammer through a guy who survives from it? A melee also means a super dash? 2 granades = br1 shot= death? Your shield is low and a granade explodes in the other side of the wall but it kills you?Low shield means that pressure form a grenade kills you like piercing pullet or fire?you can snipe and walk and jump at the same time? You get sniped in a toe and you can die?

yeah thats not a melee style death, you just normally fall to the ground when you die by melee. You do backflips like that when you get headshotted with a BR.

Autocentered melee is just a problem, period. I mean, it wouldn't be as bad if they didn't remove ducking. I mean, now when you duck, the melee magically removes itself to your body and sends you flying, as opposed to missing. Plus this more health = kill system is pissing me off. I've been cheated out of more kills because of this system than I was cheated out of because of my crappy internet connection.
Final review: bring back H2 melee systems. Ducking and no auto-centering. Made melee fun

Whats so great about GTA IV? I played it and it was good but not that good. My favorite game is frontlines: fuel of war. The online system is about as realistic as it gets, but I cant figure out how to use my headset. I know you can, though.

It the lunge. melee attacks auto-lunge(if you've ever used the sword, you know what I'm talking about) if your in range. it's extremely difficult to hit enemies without this due to halo's hit detection, try hitting team mates with a melee if you want to check it out. Also, you were directly above the elite, and because characters in halo can look directly up...you know where I'm going with this. That said, the system is dated, and disappointing, but not really unbalanced.

Uhhh... no. In cod4 it takes like 5 times to melee some1 before you hit them becuase the lunge in that game lunges you AWAY from the person you trying to knife. Its the worse melee eva!!! You think that this only happens to you? There has been plenty of times that me and my friend go and melee someone who has no shields and we would have around half shields. So anyway we would hit him first but for some reason the enemy would melee and after we had hit them and we would die. WTF is up with that? Everyone knows the melee system sucks, you dont have to make a video about it.

both great games in my opion but cod has a better single player campaign. But halo 3 has a better online play because in cod if your a low lvl it sucks because you start of with a crap weapon and then theres the high lvls with like a friggin hell of a gun, But in halo you start of with the same weapon and each player have the same chance to pick up the same weapon.

after playing it for five months, i have not noticed any lunging in the CoD4 knife melee. however, it can miss because you are trying to swipe a knife at them. unlike halo, where you don't even need to be remotely near the person to hit them, in CoD4, your knife actually has to HIT your opponent to kill them.
