The point is even for the corrupted system of justice in Iran where none of the people in power has no respect for humanity and a lot of innocent people are suffering from long-term sentences while the thieves and murderers can easily be exempt from any punishment by giving big bribes, this act is the embodiment of torture and against the human rights. in the most of the cases someone beats up just because one police misthinks that he had done something wrong.

The man is a thief, I think the police act is prefect, also in US is the same,(if not worst), in SaudiArabia will cut his hand.
