You are jerking, not snatching. Or more like push press. Bad technique. The leg movement is for shortening the distance when extreme weight. In this video it's only warm up

This looks dangerous; the dumbbell doesn't rotate like a proper olympic bar.

@vaxt only thing that moves on both of these lifts if your wrists to stabilize it. it shouldnt rotate i dont think

DO the ladder as prescribed 5-4-3-2-1 wiith each hand.
If you can make it through that, take a break and try it again...
