@superstaaaar1 Yeah, He says the first episode that he's just here to teach a few lessons or something. He's only there for 6 episodes. Elliot is there for a few (I think less than JD). Carla isn't there at all. Kelso is a recurring character (I think). Janitor would've returned if Neil Flynn's new sitcom wasn't popular but it was so he didn't come back after the first episode. I think if he had returned, it also could've been a success.We love all the characters but Janitor and Cox are the best

Scrubs : Med School , IS A SPINOFF.

Bill Lawrence and the creative team stated it wasnt going to be the same Scrubs we all have come to know and love over 8 years.

Sure it may not have Zach Braff in all the episodes, but they got together a great cast with the time and talent pool they had, and i among thousands of other people think that season 9 is worth continuing.

Season 9 wasn't made for the soul purpose of money, Bill WANTED to continue with something. and i like it.

It is canceled, it was canceled like, at the airing of the last episode.

However Scrubs has gone through 2 writers strikes, 2 cancellations , and 2 network changes before.

Just because Season 9 got cancelled from ABC, doesnt mean Scrubs is dead and gone.

The new scrubs is "SOMEWHAT" funny. the old scrubs used to make me laugh out loud but this season is just something to pass the time. it's not really boring but it ain't hilarious either. only time i laughed during this season was the premiere when JD and Turk sang guy love running towards each other...can't beat the guy love.

Apparently, Zach Braff is the director for Scrubs. I'm not sure if that's true or not but I think I saw that in the starting titles in one of the episodes. It said his name as an actor and then it mentioned him again under directing. =/

I saw EVERY episode of the first 8 seasons twice. I have a huge urge to express my feelings. I am very very disappointed about this 9th season. I Think scrubs will never be the same without the thougts of JD, the friendship between Turk and JD and the janitor's "hate".

Most of the cast has left scrubs and that breaks my heart. The janitor, carla, turk's kids, jordon, dr.cox's kids, the brain trust, ted, gooch, almost everyone that has ever been on the show that i dont care enough to mention, and elliot and J.D. are leaving after episode 6 :( Bill Lawrence did say in an interview that the scrubs we know and love is over. Only turk, dr. cox, denise, and occasionally doctor kelso will be old time regulars
