i have been living in kentucky for a long time and i must say... this is nothing new... we have fort knox in kentucky... its where people get trained to use tanks and other artillery... since before ww2 there has been more tanks at fort knox than most other places around the country... also at least two times a month you see military trains hauling lots of tanks or supporting vehicles ITS NOTHING NEW... i know, i have lived less than 50 yards away from train tracks for a long time in louisville.

Also the pac, and final drives are missing. Definately a refurb.
