@gudgalful No it does not. None of the rides at universal ever go 90 degrees straight down. It just feels like they do. Most of the inclines are at 55 -75 degree inclines.

Go here first thing--For 2 years when I came here I went right to Mummy first ride of the day. For the first half of the day it was PERFECT. NO LINES. AT ALL. it was actually a bit creepy, i thought something was wrong and when i was going through the "maze" to get to the ride I was afraid b/cuz there was no one else there. Everyone is at Islands of Adventure so do it- go here first.

Oh and this ride isn't really that intense. Its very small actually. Whoevers afraid to go on this well...no comment. Its still fun. The drops are awesome! Go early in the day before the long lines form--you can ride it again almost immediately. Later in the day when the lines are long--get in the singles line--even if you're with a group. I have just got back from Orlando. I went to Universal on their Labour Day Bank Holiday and there were 45-90min waiting times for most rides. Then I went during the week when they were all back at work (last week) and I waited five mins for most rides! You'll be waiting longer for The Rip, Ride, Rockit but that's because it is new. I waited 30mins for that.
