When you first talk to someone in therapy you will need this skill. Being on their level and identifying with them is essential so you have to speak their language, not yours.
For the normal world you should have given a 30 second explanation of what the test was about. Maybe next you should do a video explaining who you are and where you are in life, what your goals are.
I like the editing, fade outs, text. however, keep your hands down, move back just a bit and the background is a bit too busy. Otherwise you seemed very comfortable in front of the camera.
Vlogging is all about talking to yourself. Go for it!!!
This was my first attempt at editing my own video, so be kind. LOL I watched this again... it's pretty unenterprising. Sad. We'll have to work on that. Gotta start somewhere I guess!
