Hello. Paul Rodgers is not a new version of Freddie. He is Paul Rodgers, a great singer who has his own vocal style. He don't copy Freddie's performance, he provides a new interpretation. Writing that he is not as good as Freddie was is extremely CHILDISH. I'm not his fan but I think that he rocks. And he really looks like Chuck Norris;)
Paul Rodgers has one of the best voices in entertainment. I felt bad for him because people would compare him to Freddie. Freddie Mercury was Queen. New songs and music would have been a better solution. Paul can hold his own to anyone but cannot fill the shoes of people with a different size. I adore Paul Rodgers but I am not sure of how they went about creating Queen on the 2nd go round. Just different.

Paul Rodgers has one of the best voices in entertainment. I felt bad for him because people would compare him to Freddie. Freddie Mercury was Queen. New songs and music would have been a better solution. Paul can hold his own to anyone but cannot fill the shoes of people with a different size. I adore Paul Rodgers but I am not sure of how they went about creating Queen on the 2nd go round. Just different.

The guys that say that Paul rogers is no good they don't understand anything about music. It's Ok to prefer FReddy... but they are 2 different kind of singers.. and that's why we should appreciate what the queen decided.. they didn't took somebody like MIKA or sombody that had the same type of voice.. the took sombpdy compleatly differt to MARK and to sign the difference... FREddy rocks.. and will always do... Paul ROCKs same way... the QUEEN ROCK!!!! GREAT BAND AND I REALLY LOVE THIS VERSION

Of course nothing can replace Freddie Mercury. But this is a very close second. I would think that Freddie would want the music to go on no matter what. Freddie would not want it any other way. Freddie you are missed more than you know! ;-)
