I am not only affected with Marfans, I lost my dad to it and I am a mother to 3 affected children...oh and I also have an Autistic/Aspergers child with Marf.

I don't know if it would be beneficial to you to say "this will do for Marfan Syndrome what RainMan did for Autism" because just READING that turned me off immediately, and you may lose a lot of potential fan base in the disability rights community for that reason. RainMan DAMAGED those of us in the autism community.
