  • i take five or six shots from maybe a step or two in from half court using regular shooting form. to warm up my arms and make sure im getting some leg in my shot. thats a good warmup so three pointers are just a flick of the wrist. u guys should try it

  • why do some nba player jump forward when they shoot? is it okay if u jump forward when you shoot? and are u suppose to lean back when u shoot?

  • k so i think im doing everything that you said in the video, but my shots are too short! the farthest i can shoot from the basket is like 6 ft. i used to shoot from my chest because the ball can go farther but now i understand that if i want to play on a professional level i need to have proper form. but my shot is always too short! how can i fix this? thank you

  • @dare4distance69 Well, the problem is most likely due to a lack of leg power. We recommend that you review our video "MAKE THE 3 POINTER!!! Get Your Legs Into It!!" This should help to solve your problem.

  • @dare4distance69 do dips

  • coach, when i shoot it keeps hitting the front of the rim, though i do the 45 degree angle thing.pls help!

  • @terenfrancis678 Please see the response above to see what we recommend for you to solve this problem.

  • is having your elbow directly underneath the wrist a very important aspect for shooting? just curious because I've been told that my form isn't the greatest, but I make more shots than most people(I love shooting 3's)...I've tried everything to get my elbow underneath my wrist but the farther I bring my elbow in the more my hand turns out on it's own. any tips to change this or should I stick to what works?

  • @Azsnas The elbow needs to outboard just a little and it is more for comfort than anything else. If it goes too far out the shot becomes flat which is not good. See our video on the importance of the arc for more info on the elbow.

  • when i shoot my elbow is sideways instead of straight up and down...... i dont know what to do plz help

  • @2208football Practice to get it where it needs to be. No other way!

  • 300-500 MADE shots?

  • @TheKirkster96 Absolutely! Why count the misses?

  • @ShotScience I wasn't sure if you meant 500 shots taken or 500 shot made. I would count the misses if you told me to, but it wasn't very clear and so that's why I asked

  • @TheKirkster96 Make 300-500 shots with really great form.

  • 1:06 guy on left shoots like a girl

  • @vissen291 Well, everyone can have their opinions! That young man has been a starting guard since he was a Freshman and can play multiple positions. He has been selected a Tournament MVP and leads his team in scoring. Not bad for a Sophomore!

  • this is really helpful. now that i know how to practice the shooting, i can learn it quickly and be good at it. Thanks to you guys

  • @doudou151991 t

This is the drill to really help you get the shooting stroke working for you.

  • LOL the intro sounds like transformers adverts

  • practice

  • What do u think i should do if im missing long just of the back of the rim???

  • @eminiemnlilywayne132 check out our video on the "Target" that we recommend. This is what we call the nest. Check it out.

  • can you help me ? I am right handed and at times i can make my shots constantly but the next day after that i keep on missing is it because i am tired or something else?

  • @MrTheBAllerz We have no idea what would cause your shot to be off from one day to the next because we can not see it. What you can do is to make sure that you use the "Form Shooting Drill" every day to keep your shot dialed in.

  • Comment removed

  • can you help me with my problem? I am right handed and every time I take a shot most often the ball goes to my left. thanks in advance

  • @Jay35Durant If you go to our YT channel you will find a series of our videos entitled "Interactive Shooting." Here you will find the answer to your question you just have to find the right video. Check it out.

  • do u guy have any tip on stepback jumpshot? the big difference for me is that i have to stop my backwards momentem instead of using my foward momentem.

  • @CantBeTchd This true for everyone!

  • @shotscience in a game u cant take time

  • ray allen said

"when you aim thats when you start missing"

  • @jpalmer94 He's correct!!!! However, you still need to focus on the target, the nest. Focusing on your target is NOT AIMING!!!

  • @ShotScience That is exactly what i was thinking about 2 days ago. I was working on my shot and shooting only about 40% when standing completely still and aiming ect.. but when i was just popping jumpers from around the court off the dribble/pivot i was getting at least 70% - i think it has something to do with being in rhythm...

  • @EliQball Rhytmn is good! Good shooting mechanics is really important as well.

  • @EliQball No, its because you think too much of the shot, aim your hand towards the basket and of course miss.

Theirs some weird science behind it but if you shoot randomly you'll have more chance of scoring then when you think about the shot.

Also, a tip for ingame: Dont think about your shot in a game, thats what practices are for.

  • Hey coach, I'm confused when you should release the ball from your hands. Should you release the ball at the same time you jump or while you are going upward? I don't seem to get enough power in my shot :/

  • @NewTears1 The release will have much better power "if you release the ball as you reach the top of your jump." If you get there and hold for a moment you will probably be under-powered and short of the basket.

  • me !!!! im left handballer ,.and im trying 2 look 4 solution on how to be a good shooter. i feel so nad evrytime i play,. but i was good in dribbling,. hope to get my solution,.

  • @mhietotko Well, it doesn't make any difference if your are right or left handed the mechanics are the same, just reversed for the left hander. Go to our channel and find our shooting videos for help.

  • you may not play the game but you know alot

  • @305kingalex I played the game for a lot of years and then coached many more years.

  • @ShotScience I wish you guys had some lefties in your tutorials lol. I know the same fundamentals apply either way but I'd still like to see some left handed ballers.

  • Hello again coach.

I must admit, I was pretty skeptical about this training, but with my poor shooting I thought "why not?" and tried it.

Two practices sessions and I can notice the difference in scrimmages. I still have a lot to work on, but I already can see that my percentages are increasing.

I play as small forward and without a reasonable outside shooting I get VERY predictable and this has helped me a lot after a jab step.

  • @pedrohack Hey Pedro, this sounds great! Just keep on practicing and it should get better and better.

  • Coach how can i make more points? I am more of a passing point guard, On some occasions i feel that if i even shoot one time, i feel like a ball hog. Would it be easier to drive in an use a floater? My coach reccomended me to use a pull up jumper, wat can i do?

  • @bletma281 Oh and 1 more question, should i even be concerned if average 0 points a game?

  • Dear coach, I am a decent shooter but i need to work on arching the ball more. One of my coaches said I am pushing the ball and I'm leaning and jumping forward when I shoot. Are there any tips on how to not do this or what I need to work on.

  • @zreskhater Our "Form Shooting Drill" is the answer as it is here that you can work on your shot elements at a short distance and hel p to develop the "Muscle Memory." Practice, Practice!!!!!

  • Dear Coach, while shooting I have realized the most common reason for me to miss shots is because of side-spin. The reason i have side spin is sometime the ball will roll off my pinky and ring finger when it should be the index and middle how do i fix this?

  • @ThePFStudios This drill is the answer for your shooting problems. We recommend that you use this drill every day until your shot mechanics improve. Make 200 Form Shots per day! If you make the shot, but it was a poor mechanics shot, do not count it!

  • dear coach, i dont have a problem doing this but i have a really good shooting day and the next day when im in a game i go 0 for 2 or 0 for 3

  • @gypsy69ish You must remember this! Shooting is about a percentage of makes over a group of shots. If you are concerned about the numbers you have cited, your view is way too narrow. Chase had a number of games in college where he went 1 of 10 or 0 for 8. This never deterred him from shooting because he knew with really good shooting skills that he could just as well hit the next six or seven in a row! Make sense? Shoot the ball and quit worrying about missing so few shots.

  • @ShotScience okay coach

    thanks for the tips

  • @theclownboy24 You are very welcome.

  • Dear Coach, I have been practiceing this drill for a while and i am having trouble putting it all together the jump and the form.

Can u tell me things i could work on

  • @puffdaddy1ful That's pretty hard to say because we have no idea what you are doing. Send us a video showing what your shooting looks like and we can check it out for you.

  • @ShotScience is there a email i can send it to

  • Dear Coach, I have been doing this Drill but my Long 3 point shot still sucks. What will i do to make my shot much better and cleaner. also i have been struggling on my own shot because i'm a right handed but when it comes in basketball, automatically my left hand is my shooting hand what happened to me coach? and how can i be very accurate?

  • @FuckingChrisBreezy Hey Chris, you sound pretty exasperated! The whole ensalada for shooting is about PRACTICE, PRACTICE and then some more PRACTICE. Make sure your shot elements are pretty sound then it becomes a matter of PRACTICE, PRACTICE and then some more PRACTICE. It's that simple!

  • Do the one handed shots actualy help and how would these drills help because your arn't even shooting from distance ur just shooting form close

  • @nicksjustchillin Nick, this drill is meant to help you establish a "PURE" shot first, by developing "Muscle Memory" so that the shot becomes very easy to repeat. The distance helps in that if you get too far away your shot mechanics begin to fall apart.

  • Dear Coach, I've been getting very good at this drill yet when i tried a jump shot at midrange, i can't do it! I mean it's so hard to do it a t midrange....

  • @allenback6 Our guess about why this is so difficult is: You are not shooting the ball as you reach the top of your jump, but instead you are waiting at the top of your jump and you lose all the leg power when you do this. Don't be late on the delivery or the ball will be short.

  • Ive been at that gym several hundred times

  • @TheCuriousMoose Well, where do you live to make this possible?

  • Comment removed

  • @ShotScience When shooting foul shots,I always jump instead of "tipie toeing" I find that "Tipie toeing" while shooting a foul is hard, because its to far for me to reach without the usage of my legs. Is it still okay for me to jump while foul shooting?

  • @PianoByEar1110 it's illegal to jump on a free throw shot, as it is a set shot

  • @poopascoopaloop Really? I thought you can jump while foul shooting? I always do it and they don't say anything? How do you do that "tipie toe" shot? It's so hard!!

  • @PianoByEar1110 you can jump for free throws if you want to,it legal. But if you want to do tippie toeing instead of jumping then you ned to get mor strength in your arms, what i do is as many pressups every night as i can do and then you can see the difference.

  • @jarmo123456789 Your are in error here on where the power comes from PBE! Most of The power for all shots comes from our legs. Try shooting the ball with stiff legs and see how far the ball will travel. If we add more arm power the accuracy of the shot usually is very poor.

  • Can you Please make a video of shooting pocket?????? Because there a lot of shoting pocket. And when I catch the ball then shoot my hands isn't and L form. People never answer me that question or they just don't know

  • Where the shooting pocket?

  • @basketball24809 Typically it is located at your chest/shoulder area so that you can move it into your shot quickly.

  • press 8 then 9 for retarded coach :D

  • @rockhead543 wtf?

  • Hey Shot Science Team!)

Could you tell me the main reasons for the elbows out?

How can I correct that and why is this bad?

I was using your drills for form shooting, but when I'm starting using my legs in my shot(jumping) my form is bad again

  • @TheBkiller12 If you are asking about the elbows out when you shoot, this causes a "flat Shot." The way to correct any shooting problems you have is to use our "Form Shooting Drill" and focus on the problem areas until you get it right. Then repeat it over and over again correctly until you have the motion a matter of "Muscle Memory!" It will take a little time, maybe several weeks to get it going and it is difficult to overshadow bad habits.

  • @ShotScience A good thing is that my shot is not flat, I got reaaaaally high arc, and my accuracy is pretty good. It's just u know looks like not basic. Maybe it's because the ball locates a bit to the right from my right shoulder? I feel so uncomfortable when I'm trying to keep my elbow straight. Does it make any sense to keep the ball before the release above my head? On the level of my right eyebrow?

  • @TheBkiller12 Anything that you do that is different than what you normally do will feel "uncomfortable." Check our videos for a proper location of the ball for your shot. If you are 12 or under you MAY want to have the Shoulder Set Point and if older and have the strength you may want one that is higher.

  • hey coach should i finish my follow through with my fingers together or spread out? PLZ answer:)

  • @lel3ron Spread just a little is good!

  • hey coach i have a question

What do you do with the off hand does it stay in the same position or move?

  • @thearmyman5 Check our video on the "ASSIST HAND."

  • hey coach, is there a way to shoot with a quicker release? my friends all tell me i have a slow release :( help!!

  • @Vannessa1269 If you send us a video of you shooting we will analyze it for you and give you some tips on how to be more efficient. We will be waiting for your video.

  • hey coach does weight lifting help with not airballing that much

  • @sony123239 The Air-Balling is due to not using the legs properly. If you are a normal young person you already posses the power for your shot. Yo merely need to learn how to connect the legs to your stroke. See our video "MAKE THE 3 POINTERS!!! Get Your Legs Into It!!"

  • Hey coach, how to i get to shoot farther? U

  • @rayallenrocks28 Learn to get your legs into it!!!!

  • Hey coach,

  • Hey coach, I was doing these drills at my house and I realized I never had one consistent way of releasing the ball. Can you please do a video showing where the ball releases, how your dominant hand guides the ball, and where to start off with the ball before going to the squat (some say it is at your chest others say below your waist). Please read this and do a video.

  • @razer623 We have made these videos already and you can find them on our channel in the play List. Go check them out!

  • @ShotScience I did I was on your playlist but wasn't able to find "HOW the ball should release off of your hand" please do a video on that showing all angles. Thank you.

  • @razer623 We already have the video showing these elements of the shot. Check out our video Play List on our YT channel.

  • @ShotScience What is your YT channel? The perfect form video shows drills on your shot but not the shot itself,

  • I have a question, you shoot the basketball with the 2 fingers. I shoot the basketball with 2 fingers and the middle finger. How can i stop this and are there any videos to correct my mistake.

  • @MrReedo3 the addition of the middle finger is not a huge problem. Don't worry as some players have unusually long middle fingers.

  • Thanks heaps, now i can make jump shots from near half court and im only 15!

  • @tingy30 Well, you probably won't be shooting too many when you play, but it's nice to know you can shoot them.

  • Dear shotsience, i've been wondering... when bringing the ball into the "shooting L position", is it better to put it a bit above the middle of your eyes or a little above your dominant eye?

  • @UrielJanoach A little above your dominant eye. If you are a right hander , the right eye. It's very similar to aiming a gun. Eye-Ball-target!

  • @ShotScience Great, thanks! Man, I'm very greatful for your help. Everytime I'm stuck with something (or unsure about something), you guys unselfishly provide advice. Thanks for your videos and advice, I've been able to take my game to the next level because of those/this. Please, keep it up! I'm clicking the like button all the time and spreading the word :D

  • hey coachy,i wanna ask what is the minimum shooting range that i should obtain before STARTING A GAME SPEED SHOOTING DRILL? [ my max range now is only 14feet T.T , infront of the foul line >_<] and if u'r gonna say BEHIND THE 3 POINT LINE , then wouldn't i'd be like focusing too much on my mechanics [ not saying it's bad or what , i TOTALLY agress IT"s good !.] BUT then i'd have a hard time to get my shot up during my weekend games ~ eventhough if say i've got a 3point range. TIPS? @_@

  • @DaxszY

always start your shooting at a close range (10-15') and then work your way away from the basket. If you are capable of making the three ball then finish there. 2-300 MAKES per day is a good workout!

  • @ShotScience erm . so u mean that i should get my range till 3 point line and make till i can like score 7 out of 10 stationary shots then start a game~speed drill ? THANKS FOR UR ANSWER ANYWAYS ^_^

  • @DaxszY YES! This plan will help your shooting game.

  • @DaxszY You are very welcome!

  • i have a very big question and i need help. i find a good form of shooting and my baskets go in but this only last for 3 days maximum. i have to always change my shooting form. can u help me find my ideal shooting form and also explain why for a couple of days a shooting form that i use works and suddenly it stops working and i change form. plz help me to improove my shot

  • @fotiseme Please review our entire play List on Shooting for some answers to your questions. We cannot help you in this small space, but you can help yourself by watching these videos and trying to get your shot like the ones in our videos.

  • hello coach, i've been following your vertical jumping program with incredible results and now I'm moving on to improve my shooting.

Before starting to go deep into this series of drills, i'm worried about my arm strength. When I'm shooting from outside my optimum range I have to put too much effort to make the ball pass the front side of the rim, which in return makes me lose my form.

Should I work on my strentgh along with the form training or the drill itself should be enough?

  • @pedrohack You are under the mistaken idea that your strength for your shot comes from your arms and shoulders. Watch our video "Make the 3 Pointer!!! Get your Legs Into It!" *0-85% of the power needed for your long shots needs to come from your legs. This video will explain what and how to use this power.

  • @ShotScience Coach I dont know why but today i just got motivated to play basketball AGAIN. I started in 3rd grade to 6th grade, not gonna lie i was a pretty elite player. when i was in 6th grade they made me play in the seventh grade league and i did pretty good then i stopped for wrestling in 7th gradeanyway im a freshman in high school and i missed the tryouts for wrestling, I Intend on playing basketball sophomore year...i just got done practicin and I was flat and awful PLEASE...ANY TIPS

  • @XxFr1tzxX Make sure that you review all of our videos and try to use his information to grow your game between now and next season. Any and all "TIPS" are included in these videos. Check them out.

  • hey coach, do you think that 200 shots a day is enough ?

  • @theclownboy24 Well, what is important is "What kind of shots are they?" re totally recommend our Form Shooting drill to be use for at least 10 minutes a day until your stroke is pretty smooth. Work a lot on your shots at games speed. Catch and shoot and dribble and shoot is important. If that is 200 makes, that's not bad. 300 Makes would be even better.

  • Hey coach how long should I continue to do this should I take a step back after I'm consistent from that spot

  • @Dil1995 Yes, one step back is part of the drill. One other element is to shoot with "No-Iron" and no eyes. Review the vido for these.

  • The thing I have trouble with is jumping during a jumpshot, my form is fine other than the jump. I hop rather than jump. Do I jump as high as I can during a jumpshot?

  • @ShootingGuardListing This is a common question asked by players. Our comment is "Jump to what is a comfortable height" and do not worry about getting higher elevation on your shot.

  • @ShotScience But what if I can't get my shot off over a taller defender? I explode up on my pull-up but not on my set jumpshot.

  • @ShootingGuardListing You need to work on moves that will allow you to create the space you need for your shot. Check out our videos for these.

  • HAY coach ? questions, why is it every time i shoot, I tend to hit my head with the basketball, on the top of my release ??

  • @SMOOTHThe23 we suspect that you need to work on your shot delivery. If the ball is hitting the top of your head you are probably shooting a very flat shot. Go to our videos on shooting and see what you need to to do and spend the time to fix it! Let's start today!

  • This is good and repetitive, it works!!!

  • @Blackassasin666 Yes on both counts!!!!!! Thanks for your comment.

  • hey coach just wanna say thanks. ur videos helped me go 3 for 3 fromt he 3 point line and i finished with 11. thanks alot

  • @pm3975 You don't how excited that makes us!. Keep it rolling.

  • COACH!! I GOTTA QUESTION!

During practice my shot is fine and goes in most of the time, however when I am playing a game my shots go in much less and are extremely inconsistent. HELLPP MEEE

  • @ThePFStudios See our video on "Game Speed Shooting." Remember, in games we are going hard and we get fatigued. We are also facing defenders who challenge our shots. It is typical that you percentage of makes would go down.

  • Coach can u make a video of what a point gaurd should do and how. Like bringing the ball up court and how to pass and etc.

  • if we are supposed to keep our eyes n the nest how would we now if our shots have proper arcs even if they are a swish?

  • @m3v2p By practicing the shot a ton with the best arc and allowing it to become a matter of "Muscle Memory."

  • im not gonna send this video to my friends… then they'll beat me in 1 on 1

  • @ArashsWorld Come on now!! It is important to Share.

  • @ShotScience Thanks for all your help! I just had 1 more question whenever I shoot my assist hand thumb is always bent in. Is this ok? I dont think it interferes with my shot but i was wondering if i should use it or not.

  • @JTown2123 The Assist Hand thumb often gets too much involved with the shot and causes sideways rotation. The thumb contact with the ball should be very light and have theAssist Hand release from the ball before the finish of the stroke.

  • Is this guy wearing a serra padres hat?

  • @dgrelli Nope!

  • hey coach can you answer my questions? I really need some help.

  • @TheCoolGuyXx Please ask your questions and we will do our best.

  • Maybe I was a little critical, but I think if he would correct his feet he would have even more success.. and 17.5 PPG doesn't mean he scored all his points off shooting... With the girl shooting, I meant that she shouldnot have a downmotion, she is bouncing (down and then up) whydoesn't she start as low as she can, andthen shoot theball so she avoids going down... (muscle memory) in a game if she catches the ball and then bends her knees she might not have the quickest release.. just my 2 cents

  • @JGKNOWZBEST Probably too critical not knowing these players or exactly what they are portraying for us. The taller girl is playing as a freshman on a Div.1 team. We do not mind your comments. Some of your ideas are valid enough. That's our 2 cents.

  • Comment removed

  • Hey coach, im making a comeback from a injury that kept me out for a couple of months. I've found that my production at the 3 has gone down heaps. Also my arc seems to be a lot flatter and my shot form has gone completely weird. Any tips? and also how should I increase my jumpshot percentage? It has also dropped a lot and i try to follow all the tips in your videos (arc, release point, legs, etc.) but it just doesn't seem as good and I can't hit with any consistency. It's really frustrating.

  • @shekavy The answer here is "Go back to your basic shooting elements. Check out our shooting video play list and re-shape your shot. We recommend that you use our video "Get perfect Shooting Form!!" as the means of practicing the shot and you will be amazed how quickly it will come back around.

  • This is nuts... Look at the blond hair guy's feet.. Good shooters must have great feet to shoot well in games... However the drills are good, but fundamentally the blond guy is just bad.. as well the girl who is shooting is demonstrating a down phase and then an up phase.. The movement should just be up.. in other words she is bouncing.. I don't mean to be a critic, but if you have people shooting in your videos they must demonstrate EVERY little detail correctly

  • @JGKNOWZBEST Well, that blond guy's feet works well for him. He is a Sophomore on the Varsity team and has been a starter both his Freshman and Soph. years. His average is 17.5 PPG and on Friday was selected as the Tourney MVP! Is that nuts? I don't know where you got this down phase as both girls use up-Rhytmn for their shots as well. These videos are demonstrated exactly as they should be and all three are outstanding players.

  • @JGKNOWZBEST Shot Science is inviting you to make a video of yourself shooting and post it on line so we and all other interested people can check your mechanics, but then you have to be able to do this first and do it correctly!! Hope to see it soon!

  • why would you want to shoot that far... if you did that in a game youd be the biggest dumbass ever

  • @Airbear12321 we were just illustrating that you could have extremely deep range with work put into developing your mechanics.

  • @shotscience: Everytime I shoot my arm always crosses in front of my face...I know this sounds like a simple problem to resolve but i try and make my arm go straight but it becomes a habit and i cant help it so my shots mostly miss

  • @Ollie872 OK, remake the habit! Use our video "Get Perfect Shooting Form!!! to make the change. It may take several weeks of hard work, but you can do it. The word "Can't" should not be a part of your vocabulary!

  • Coach, im an 11 year old girl who really needs help for long-distance shooting because i have no upper body/arm strength at all, so do i jump higher or do i need to get more strength??

  • @NoDuhItsSany Go to our videos and find "MAKE 3 POINTERS!!! Get Your Legs Into It for how to use your leg power for the longer shots.

  • Dear Shotscience, I'd like to ask a question. I've once read that when shooting the ball, it should be gripped with your thumb and little finger more firmly than with the other fingers (which, basically, should not put any pressure onto the ball whatsoever). Do you think that's a good idea? I've tried it out and as far as I can tell, it has advantages as well as disadvantages. On the one hand, I've got better control over the ball, but on the other hand, I loose some of the soft touch, somehow.

  • @UrielJanoach This wide spread grip is exactly how you need to grip the ball for your shot. You do not have to squeeze the ball with these two fingers, but instead a soft grip that allows for the control. You are on it, just keep working on this element of your shot.

  • Thankssss!

  • @fR3akaboi57 You are very welcoooome!

  • can you make a video about.passing?thanks :D

  • @TheAhahaii Definitely in the works! Stay tuned for this and other titles.

  • coach, is there any tips for shooting off dribble?

I've been shooting consistent shoot, but it's only when I received it as a pass

i barely made any shoots if I take it off from dribble

  • @4570494 the fundamentals things for your shot remain the same. Sometimes were are not on balance when we shoot off the dribble. We are planning a video on just "Shooting off the dribble soon!"

  • Is there any other things to build " Muscle Memory " ? I just cant get my shot right . I take notes from Ray Allen by Doing warm ups from the free throw line , and my shot seems to be changing , then failing in the games . Ive recorded my self shooting some and in different videos my body does totally different actions in each video .

  • @ThatDudeDuckTaped Go to our videos on shooting in our playlist on our You Tubel channel and review all of them. This will probably help you out a lot. Select a shooting style, ours or somebody else and work o n it until you develop that "MUSCLE MEMORY!"

  • @ShotScience Hey coach, I'm 13 and just recently made an AAU team and also just recently just got put into a new position Normally I'm a 4 and a 5 but I was just put in at the 2 and 3 I have a great shooting form for my old position but have no Idea where I should even get my shot and change it or just keep it the same and start looking for a new range. Thanks for the help.

  • @MRsoldjaboy2560 Do not change your shot f it is working for you. You may have to adjust your shot for distance, but otherwise, "If it is working for you" don't change it. You will adapt to your new position pretty quickly and the coach should help out on what shots he wants you to take and which ones to avoid.

  • hey coach im 10 and sometimes im of and sometimes im a beast so i always keep on changing the shot so i just want to keep the swish and not brik always
