hahaha you seriously thought you had a chance with that girl???? haha wow yea I'm sure the teenager was smitten by your 46 year old self with a t-shirt that's 8 times too big for you......maybe you should show her your dumbass on the x-factor taking off your fucking clothes like a fucking idiot jesus christ there are too many things wrong with you I really don't have the time for it
@geogodley People who question tend to want to prove that cops don't arrest people for the right reasons when really they are the ones who are putting themselfes behind bars.
How do you justify recording people inside a restaurant? I don't claim to know the laws in a foreign country, but I would expect that one DOES have an expectation of privacy INSIDE private property even where the public is invited. And to be so cocky about it speaks volumes on your character, showing that you are ignorant of your faux pas. Stay out on the street and have at it. But leave people inside alone.
@snowbird29803 yes i realize that but you can ask permission & get a couple seconds while asking permission & stop.. most people dont mind, this was a hard case
@snowbird29803 pretty much every time you step in to an establishment there are security cameras on you and that's not considered invasion of privacty......we are always being watched one way or another
@sprtnsprtn greece is downgrading us, the point is how bout they solve unsolved murders & real crime instead of false arrest for saying hello with a camera in public-which is LEGAL in the states & most civilized countries
@geogodley haha thats funny because you dont know what the hell you are talking about The Modern Tort law in the USA does not let you take pictures of people without permission dumbass you just downgrade greece asshole
@sprtnsprtn "The Modern Tort law in the USA does not let you take pictures of people"
You have no clue what you're talking about. Tort law has nothing to do with crimes. It's about suing people (civil court), and you can photograph anyone in public who does not has an expectation of privacy. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part, no.
If you want to sell an image of someone, that's a different issue, but that's a huge gray area. Taking a picture of someone in public is not a crime.
@geogodley i think you are right but the problem that peole get suspicious for everything in nowdays!you may have a good manners but people got ungry when you take him a picture in public places especialy when you focus your camera on them!cause..you know...he may be in the wrong place in the wrong time..and someone could spot him etg. i am kind of like your whole video about glyfada!i live in glyfada 23 years now and i know!i hope you come again!
The government can put a camera just about anywhere they like and get away with it, but put a camera in our hands and we run the risk of getting arrested. Seems like a double standard.
causing trouble ha ha great stuff ..its fine to film here ,, ive had all of that sh*t before ,,you can film its ok its a public place or a semi public place press record !
Nice Geo! You're testing the limits, great! I think that the issue is probably privacy. We all want to go eat at a restaurant and not have a camera pointed at us when we don't know the motives of that person. If you were filming an event, then the motives are clear. But when we film a person eating or sitting on a bench, we don't know the motives behind it, so people question it and the police question it. Example, try taking video in an airport and see how quickly security will take ur camera
@villarte when you sense trouble it's best to ask, which i did- while doing it, hence the issue! 95% of the time there's no trouble even if i dont' ask! we asked & got permission in the athens airport.. but yea looks like the streets are the only free place
I certainly don't know Greek law, but I do work a little with the police here in the US and have known of people calling in others who take pictures and videos. Their typical reaction is "It's a public place, there is no law against it".

How come I don't get arrested. It's because I don't question police. If the police says do long division, ill do it.
