no, just complete 6 of the 8 property assets, but it's important to complete the Malibu Club and Print Works of those 6; for me, the Sunshine Autos asset objective is too time consuming.

I don't know why, but probably because one of them is the save point and the other is the mission point.

I don't quite remember, tho I did play the PC version. It kinda sucks. I use to had the PC version for this game, but it broke.

do all the other missions also buy the companies like cherry poppers sunshine rides the boatyard and do these missions after you did them you just go in vice city after a while you'll get a phone call

you do not need to do the boatyard races to get to the last mission.

its not the missions hard. its just that it takes to long to complete. the part where you have to kill lance i used a rocket launcher. sonny is big bitch. he has to seen his goons to work you before he tries to kill you.

to kill lance with the rockets it took me few tries to get it correctly. some of them were just bs cus there would be nothing in the way to stop the rocket from hitting lance. i beat the game b4 just restarted cus i wanted 100% i messed up some how. when i beat the game b4 i used grenades which is hard to throw on target.

Yeah I know this mission was hard. But check out between 5:20 and 5:30 of the video and you thought I was going to die. That was my favourite part.
