i really dont get how hard it is to noscope in halo youve got the most acurate circle right the me and my friends have noscope so many times. he gets it every day across the map. theres no point of scoping in just noscope or rather a hip shot rather than noscope.

@bloodarcher1805 In cod u can spawn with any rocket launcher u want and if u have scavenger u have infinite ammo. In halo u have to find the rockets on the map and u usually have only 2 or 4 rockets to use. So in halo ur not a bitch if u use rockets.

so yes, it is necessary - developers implement it into console FPS games because it would be incredibly near impossible to kill an enemy consistently.
