Hello Sir, I stay in US. I tried this recipe of Pavbhaji a few times. it turned out so perfect and same as restaurant style.. I also checked Pavbhaji recipes from others on youtube. Lekin, finely chopped raw vegetables (jaise aap ne dikhaya hai) vaise dalnese jo swad aata hai vo boiled n cooked vegis dalnese nahi aata.. dats for sure!.
Appke iss recipe ke liye, so many times I have got compliments from my husband. :)

This seems so easy to cook....will try it today. I never missed your shows on TV when was in India n now In Canada you are just next to my Mom whom I always asked whenever I needed any recipe to try out...Thank you sir for always providing it.....
Thank you for this recipe! Pav bhaji turned out really tasty with this recipe. loved ur show in India and now loving ur you tube channel in Canada. One question: Is green pepper (capsicum) to be boiled before adding? I boiled it with sweet peas but did not mash it.
I have tried this recipe but as I have mixed the raw green peace while cooking so the bitter test had destroyed the entire taste of my pav bhaji ... :(
so please boil your green peace and then add into the mixture.
It's so yummy. My hubby loved it so.................much. You are my ideal Sanjeevji for cooking. Really. Aap yuhi hame Kha-Baad (Aabaad ka khaanewala version) karte rahe.......Thank you.
I live out of India. I am very much fan of Indian Food, But my family does not know how to cook indian food. But when i watched this video and made pav bhaji, not only me but my family became fan of your Sir.

@sanjeevkapoorkhazana, It was awesome!! -- its the closest i got to the actual market style pav bhaji 'n that too without a lot of butter. I added even less butter than in the recipe above 'n it still tasted great and healthy! Thank you :)

Hello
Great recipe!
I have a question: a young family member is moving. I want to give him some frozen food so that it travels as solid without too much leakage.
I was thinking of freezing some bhaji in sandwich bags, so that they will travel well for a short flight.
Do you think that should work?
Thanks a lot! :)
