There's always something nice to say about anything. You have to give it to those who get involved and create for us all to enjoy. I can understand them perfectly and you can see that they're playing their roles accordingly: a teenager and an adult. Isn't it great that we can enjoy all different versions of this play?
the thing is, when ya do accents ya HAVE to make sure you can understand them. how can a director let a play or scene go up when u can't understand a good 50% of it....and that % is being kind. i mean what a waste of time and effort on everybody's part. to rehearse so long and then not be able to make it out is just a sin. i'm not trying to be facetious, but just give constructive criticism. it's really that important.
@jaokguy the accents seem extremely authentic, perhaps you have to listen carefully at first but soon you get the rhythm of it. That's the charm. Don't believe you have to play down to the lowest common denominator of audience members.
@iknowicon oh, i never said the accents weren't authentic.it needs to be intelligible to the audience.otherwise why do the piece to begin with. there is a way to have it both understandable AND authentic at the same time, but like anything else that takes work. no audience should ever have to "listen carefully" the entire time to fully understand the dialogue...and "dumbing it down" isn't the issue at all. if a person can't understand what's being said, it makes no difference what their iq is.

great play, the accents are great, very realistic but still very understandable. the acting is a bit dry although.
