patience is overrated. the more i paint the more 'patience' i seem to acquire. it is the only way i get to know my world, everything in it. starting a new idea is always a bitch, but i lose myself in the process knowing that after the work is sold the experience of painting it is all i will have left;

i think that patience 'is' rated highly by those who dont possess it (at least thats my view anyway). im always getting told ''id love to be able to do that, but i dont have the patience for it''!

but what i sometimes say to them is what i think you are saying and that is ''the more time you put into it, the more patient you become''.

all i really wanted to say is that i can see that a lot of precious time has gone into your fabulous work.

im a signwriter and i get told all the time that i must have a lot of patience, but i dont know how or where you aquired the patients required to do such detailed work like this....so i congratulate you!
