there was a gun club at my moms high school. The kids would store their guns in their lockers. she graduated in 1978 from the cleveland area.

education about gun safety is far better than gun bans i taught my kids to shoot and handle guns from age 6 onward i personally took numerous guns to school todo repairs for various school projects but then it was perfectly acceptable and was in no way a violation of any law. the cities with the strictest gun control laws have the highest gun crimes also.

Thats because criminals don't obey the law that's why they are criminals. And if all the guns were removed from said country that gives the government the power to do whatever it wants without fear of ultimate retaliation. That's why the 2nd amendment is there in the US constitution. We would all be slaves to the gun holding government without it and taxation are what caused the revolution.

the 2nd admendment does not apply to the average citizen it applies to only those who signed it how else can the government outlaw certain kinds of guns when it chooses. as far as being slaves americans already are we are merely chattle owned and controled by the government

I know technically we are all already slaves. And technically it applies to the posterity of the signers/citizens of the time. But the government is not gonna enforce it we have to. That's the fourth check nobody talks about.

the signers like me were not ever citizens they were soverigns inder god no other authority did they answer to. citizens have only privledges soverigns have rights. big difference hust like the difference between freedom and liberty as liberties are asked for and maybe granted freedoms can not be denied
