See any Blue Angels or Thunderbirds airshow...at a long distance ...at night... The fact that they appear to be red? What time is it at filming? What color was the sunset? Why? High altitude aircraft will reflect the sunset in CA you can't see.

We saw same formation from Delhi, India on Dec 06,08. There were 3-4 person who saw this formation along with me.

I saw something very similar last night(yellow though, not red), just after 10PM, while traveling west on I-8. I was right around Wellton Arizona, just north of the Barry M. Goldwater AFB.

2:40- 2 Lights come together, one of them Dims a bit like it's moving away from the other object, that would mean they where navigating around each other's position. Why would a flare try to "avoid" another flare?
Also the patterns the lights seem to form is really interesting also, they look to me like polygonal geometric shapes, I come from a computer background. Deliberate Actions? The people in the video observe definate patterns and they are ordinary people.
Another observation would be the size, if you notice the plane that goes under them, seems to be smaller than they are, so they are at least as large or larger than and Airliner.
As for a Flare, that's interesting, I don't know the characteristics of Aerial Flares but the objects seem to change their position then hold position, then change position then hold position. That's odd to me.
I'm not a professional but those lights are extremely high altitude. They are also extremely high intensity. I would say that to see lights with that acuity they would have to be very intense in candle power measurements. Another interesting observation was how they changed position in the sky, 2 of the objects move very close towards each other and seem to still keep from overlapping, almost seemingly at the same longitudinal position maybe side by side. They defiantly show some odd behavior.

too bad it turned out to be some jack ass attaching road flares to balloons, he came forward and his neighbor says he witnessed him doing it, at least something good is coming out of it, the fire service is trying to have this guy charged with legal action. why people dont understand that they have to put the camera staidy on a surface (like the top of a car, anything) The farther an object is the more shake you will have when zooming. also remove the auto zoom. auto-matic zooming dont wont on most camera the filming a very far away object.

If you saw these strange lights in the sky, you would be curious too and probably in awe as to what they are. Anyone would. Anytime we see something strange that isn't NORMAL to what we know, it's natural to assume all the possibilities. It very well could be extra terrestrials, or government experiments...who knows. 2:40- 2 Lights come together, one of them Dims a bit like it's moving away from the other object, that would mean they where navigating around each other's position. Why would a flare try to "avoid" another flare?
Also the patterns the lights seem to form is really interesting also, they look to me like polygonal geometric shapes, I come from a computer background. Deliberate Actions? The people in the video observe definate patterns and they are ordinary people.

Another observation would be the size, if you notice the plane that goes under them, seems to be smaller than they are, so they are at least as large or larger than and Airliner.
As for a Flare, that's interesting, I don't know the characteristics of Aerial Flares but the objects seem to change their position then hold position, then change position then hold position. That's odd to me.

I'm not a professional but those lights are extremely high altitude. They are also extremely high intensity. I would say that to see lights with that acuity they would have to be very intense in candle power measurements. Another interesting observation was how they changed position in the sky, 2 of the objects move very close towards each other and seem to still keep from overlapping, almost seemingly at the same longitudinal position maybe side by side. They defiantly show some odd behavior.

I know you want some alien race to save us from ourselves but a similar occurrence happened in Phoenix a few years ago and it was the Air Force that identified a similar group of lights as flares dropped by an A-10 Warthog aircraft which were on training exercises at the Barry Goldwater Range in southwest Arizona.
