    There is alot of talking about great benefits signing up for this program, and alot of fat loss.. i like all the benefits, but most interresting for me is to GAIN weight/muscles and NOT lose bodyfat as its very low.. im kinda bad in english so here goes easily: can i use this program if im skinny and wanna gain muscles?   • I just started his workouts this week. I've always tried to bulk up but now I'm switching to leaning down. I was looking at a way to lift weights on one day and then cardio the next day and this program is exactly what I need. I want do a day by day blog on his website that includes picture progression. I wonder if he will let me. I need to e-mail him.

  • I don't have a blog address. I was going to do it through your website, bodyspace or something along those lines. I can do the workouts no problems. Its your eating plan that I pretty much know I can't follow on a day to day basis so I didn't know how you felt about me posting how I'm doing your routine if I'm not doing that eating part exactly as you have it.   • how do you KNOW ur in a plateua? its not like u gain muscle after every workout thats significant enough to see.

  • It's because your metabolism is most likely shot. try to eat at maintenance for a few months or a while to kick-start it back up. And then go back into a calorie deficit to lose weight again. Usually works..
