  • I had Banh Mi in the town of Tay Ninh west of Saigon. Best dog meat I ever had.

  • yurkkkk u look at the lady turns me off.lol

  • How would Esquire even know? I imagine some Vietnamese people living in ethnic communities know the real deal.

  • I love this place !

  • not to mention the force of all these ingredients exploding in your mouth full of joy and happiness with every bite you swallow teardrops falls you feel like you are one with the nature charged with cosmic energy life has returned you have changed into a new person you feel enlighted you have found pleasure, you surrender your self to this perfection, you are free atlast :)

  • just can't eat 1 of these atleast 3, the bread taste is like air and crunchs, the freshness of the vegetables, lovely fragrance of coriander, juicy meat with bit of fat that melts in ur mouth.. killer food should be illegal this stuff

  • best saigon sandwich is in new york...sorry san francisco

  • Yea one of my favorite place in San Francisco for a sandwich , really love the Pork and the chicken aint bad either.

  • Try banh mi at Thim Hing on the SE corner of Boone and Bellaire in Houston. I'm a 56 yrs old Vietnamese who eat banh mi for lunch almost every day.I grew up in Saigon which had some of the best banh mi before 1975 and since then I've eaten at a lot of different places in US and feel Thim Hing has one of the best . My fav is the $3 special. I always order with very little mayo, extra veggie and have the soft bread inside removed.

  • This song's so annoying.. Probably 'cause my mother's always blasting it on her comp. Either way, dang I want to sink my teeth into that delicious banh mi.

  • did she just give change and make sandwich's with the same hand and not wear gloves? WOW

  • @xtcvsop Relax, whatever is on the change is not going to kill you. Besides they wash their hands after.

  • only for ignorant red commies like u it's HCM city

  • Fuck the commies. It's Saigon Bitch.

  • @RiokaSon No, it's Ho Chi Minh City. Don't you dare disrespect Ho Chi Minh. He was and still is a hero to the Vietnamese people. He wasn't really even a communist. He went toward communism out of necessity partly because America wouldn't help Vietnam after world war 2, but rather supported France in trying to recoloniize vietnam.

  • @shortfatandcrass I really don't care- screw him for contributing to the rise of it. -disrespects Ho Chi mih-

  • LyricalLordz, I never thought I find you post about Vietnamese Sand wiches. haha. I know we're both from the midwest and you must be a Foodie like me. The best Banh Mi you'll find here in St. Paul is at Trung Nam French Bakery. They got the best vietnamese sandwiches, even better than Saigons - no, i'm talking about the san francisco one. As wierd as this may sound, I was eating a sea food sandwich while watching this video. It actually made my sandwhich taste better as I watched an ate. LOL!

  • LMFAO. Funny. Oh yeah? I might have to check out Trung Nam then.

  • what is the name of this song? i think i've found my personal anthem
