but they are in the most danger

all the poorer areas of iraq are actually very safe and quiet

The Gulf countries, those tha arnt torn by war and fanatasism are very wealthy. in the seventies Iraq has an incredible upsurge in quality of life... even a middle class Iraqi, Qatari, or UAE...E (lol) probubly lives better then many many Americans... they are sitting on oil babe.
