The homeowners bailout wasn't even necessary! What's the worst that could happen if they lose their homes? They have to pennypinch and get an apartment or condo? Big whoop. Condos and townhouses are pretty damn close to living in a house, so don't whine about losing a home you couldn't afford. It's not like these 400,000 homeowners are gonna be on the street homeless. Just ain't gonna happen.
The housing bubble bursting, at least partially, is a direct result of giving loans to people with n ocredit and who cou ldn't possibly afford to pay them back. I say enough is enough. No bailouts, no exceptions. Besides, why do we need tons of homeownership? Isn't an apartment, townhouse or condo good enough?? When you can afford to pay off a mortgage, then we'll talk about giving you a loan. But until then, fuck off.

Neil Cavuto doesn't know shit about financial matters. he was cheerleading this economy, the bush tax cuts, the subprime mortgage mess, ALL OF IT, for years saying this was the best economy ever, the strongest economy we've ever had, the greatest job growth, etc etc. he used to go on & on, gushing over bush's record home-ownership rates, blah blah. now, he tries to blame it on poor people, Freddie/Fannie, ACORN, Democrats, etc. He's wrong 99% of the time yet, remains on Faux as a pundit? wtf?
Cavuto is just a conservative thats all. He is not for any government bailouts he is not for much government at all. He just believes further tampering will make things worse, and that people do not deserve to be bailed out because in a way you are rewarding bad behavior and picking favorites.
