Saw this concert on the top of my High School...Impressed that the roof held the whole student body...I have never tired of his music.

I had lived in Houston about 4 years when this happened.... Over 1 million live viewers jammed into every park and vacant lot west of downtown. The freeways just went into gridlock and nobody went nowhere. Everyone had radios (either boom boxes or car radios) all set to the station that was broadcasting the concert. The result was watching the skyline come to life and the music was coming from EVERYWHERE. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime event. I still have the VHS tape made by MTV

Yes, La Defense - 14 July 1990, was the best show. It was on a very warm, calm evening and it had a good atmosphere. Docklands was cold, wet, windy, and lacked any atmosphere. I saw both - all three of them :).

I got dragged to this as a 14 year old and I was blown away!! This was right after the first shuttle explosion and one of the astronauts was supposed to play a link up sax solo from the shuttle...they did a tribute to them as well. It was a very profound and unforgettable experience that i am grateful to have seen.

Ahora que puedo apreciar los videos de sus conciertos por youtube, me da mucha lástima que la moneda argentina esté tan devaluada porque me encantaría poder ir a ver un show en vivo de este músico.
