its confidence, dont get nervous cuz then your knees shake and its stuff like that, and dont even start down a big hill, start small, may sound controdicting but its not, we all start somewhere, i got mad when i couldnt slide right away, but i did tiny ones and worked my way to what they do in vidoes and its leg muscles to, strong ones can keep a board steady and in tune, weak ones give out, and its not calves and thighs, its tiny little muscles you get just by riding that count hope it helps

Its from your feet trying to correct an initial wobble. Trucks are auto correcting, so when you also try to correct it, it gets worse. You pretty much just have to learn how to relax your feet.

If you get into a speed wobble, try carving out of it. You will have way more balance and control while carving instead of just bombing straight down.
