Do a wrap around the axle and then speed up. And buy a proper diabolo...

i have a pair of Henry's metal short diabolo sticks plus 2 Henry's visions so is that classed as proper cause i no expert in the diabolo world also which is more effective doing a wrap to speed up a whip or drumming

Whipping is more effective, I think. And your gear are ok but I really recommend buying either Henrys circuses or finesses they are the best diabolos on market...

Eli ideana on keventää diaboloa nostamalla oikeaa keppiä nopeasti ylöspäin, koska jos diabolon koko paino on narulla se estää silmukan muodostumisen. Sitten teet nopean J:n muotoisen liikkeen, jonka tarkoitus on luoda kiertää oikean kepin ja diabolon toinen kuppi putoaa tähän silmukkaan

You do a similar slack than in normal underwhip, but instead of diabolo's cup, the slack should go around the string coming from your right stick and then you should catch the slack back to your right stick...

For right hand c whip you must "lighten" the diabolo like in all slacks and then you must do a quick counterclockwise circle with your right stick.

So that the stick hits the string on the right side of the diabolo from above.

That creates a slack which should hit your diabolos far cup from above creating a normal trapeze...

Tutorial videos on slackwhips don't really help, they are too fast tricks, but I can tell you what to do:

1. Right hand underwhip around far cup (first trick in this video)

2. Overwhip around near cup

3. Now you should have two strings under your right thumb. Pull the one, that is further away from your body, to left with your left stick.

4. Hop the diabolo from between these two strings, from the gap you just created.

5. Hold the position for awhile and then exit with sun.

It's really hard (quite impossible) to do a slackwhip tutorial, because the movement of your hand has to be so fast that you really can't describe or even think about it when you do the trick...

You just need to practise and try different ways until you learn it.

A nice exit for the double underwhip to double cradle trick: let all the string-hooks on the left stick fall onto the right stick (so that all the hooks are on the right stick) and... *DRUMROLL* ... you've got yourself a spaghetti-knot ready to be released! It's a lot cooler than just dropping the double cradle. Nice video!

Sun täytyy ensin "keventää" diaboloo sillain että se melkein irtoo narusta mut ei kuitenkaan ihan. Samalla sun oikeen käden pitäis nousta vasenta ylemmäs. Sitten lyöt vasemmalle alas ja pidät kepin kärjen vähän ylöspäin ettei lenkki putoo siitä. Vaatii harjottelua!!

Diabology DVD is the best diabolo video ever made.

It includes a teaching part with tutorials and freestyle part with amazing tricks (like sprinkler duicide).

I downloaded it with uTorrent. You can also buy it online.
