  • assaglioli you are right. It is difficult not to start bending that knee toward your chest. It is easy to do without realizing that you are doing it. Something to work toward while doing this exercise.

  • You say try not to cheat by keeping the knees bent at a 90 degree angle , but actually as soon as you start your are drawing your legs too far back and creating a more acute angle.You're right about one thing though,it certainly is the most effective core exercise
