I can't believe my luck. Your posting has led me to another gem by Gary Lane, this time a recording under the name Gary Lane and the Garrisons again on Fontana and it's posted by meekfreak51. Have you listened to it yet?
You keep coming up with these little gems Sir Baz. I had completely forgotten this one from . . . I think around 1962. Back then I could only afford ex juke box singles and I actually bought this one from a local café and I hadn't even heard of Gary Lane. Would you happen to know if this was this the B side by any chance, and if so what was the A side. I've been checking out your channel and found some excellent oldies but goodies and converted them to mp3.
You can be as wrong as you can get can't you? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I'm right actually, and what do you mean anyway? I don't understand any of this, are you trying to confuse me?

Pleased to help out with this one and find it was part of your history!! Looking at the video, I presume the "2" means B-side.

I like that he sings with his native accent.

Lovely arrangement by good old Johnny Keating (the man behind Eden kane, Adam Faith and Petula Clark).

Thanks. From the CD this is on, I thought it was American which confused me as it's such a pre-Beatles British pop sound.

Thanks for the stars. I don't think I understand, but I could be wrong.

You're welcome. If you don't understand, how can you think that you might not be right?

Kittie - great work trying to confuse everyone but knowing we all know what you mean (LAUGHTER) :-)

Good, could you explain it to me then please? It's not funny, you know, I'm more to be pitied than laughed at in my opinion.
Thank you.

You think you should be pitied more than laughed at - HOW WRONG CAN YOU BE?!? :-))
